“The room you stay in makes the difference”

When I read the reviews for this place I was terrified! I called the hotel and asked for a king bed and a high floor. When we checked in (late) the front desk staff was both kind and helpful. I asked for a room with new carpet ( as was other peoples recommendation) and we were put in the new tower. I was very happy with my room. It looked like a regular room. I've stayed at other hotels whose rooms I feel were about the same as the one I got. The breakfast while the same everyday was free. It wasn't like the embassy suites but it wasn't horrible so I can't complain. If I got the same room and the same price again i would definitely stay here. Also, the location is by a lot of shopping and food and it wasn't loud at all. I liked it a lot!

“Honestly better than expected”

Lobby was nice, front desk receptionists were polite and helpful over the phone and in person. At check-in I inquired about the shuttle service since I was planning a trip later that night to the Downtown Fullerton area nearby. I was told that if I called 1 1/2 hours before I needed to get picked up, they would arrange for a driver to pick me and my group up. Later that night, I called the front desk to order the shuttle and I was then informed that it would be $25 round trip when a fee was never mentioned before that. The shuttle driver was on time and when we got to our destination, she asked for $25 for each way, I told her I was informed it was round trip and wasn't going to pay her $50 for a round trip ride 2 miles down the street. I ended up paying her $15 to drop us off and $10 to pick us up later, which she did. I booked 2 double bed rooms, adjoining, and honestly didn't have any issues with the hotel or room itself. The only issue I had was with the shuttle service since I was under the assumption it was free. Also, the free breakfast was alright, we opted for the toast instead of pancakes. The mattresses in the rooms were so comfortable, honestly best ones I've ever slept on in a hotel and I travel quite a bit. The pool area is also very nice, huge pool and a lot of lounge chairs. Overall, a nice hotel, I would stay again.

“Great For a Disney Vacation”

The hotel is in a great location and has a fee shuttle for Disneyland. The pool is wonderful. The breakfast was good and the service was good to. A great value.

Needs a bit of updating, but overall okay.

Was very satisfied with everthing, the breakfast included was very good, excellent location. Ample parking, All things considered, would book again!!!

The bed was worth it! right off the 91, 3 miles from Disneyland and great location if you need to shop... there is everything including a Target in the shopping center next door (its almost connected). We didnt use the pool, but they said they keep it at 80 degrees which is nice and warm. Breakfast is the only hot free around, its kinda the same thing over and over except for the one asian dish they serve along with it (that changes). I would stay here again.

“HOJO Fullerton”

We stayed here for 4 nights. They hotel is dated but nice. We stayed in the Tower Building which is the newer part. The carpet was dirty and is in need of changing. The breakfast in morning is the same everyday but it gets you full. We used the shuttle to Disneyland 1 day and it was on time and free. We really did not spend much time in the room but it was quiet at night. The neighborhood has everything you could need. There are tons of food choices along with a Target. I would stay here again.

“Nice Hotel”

I really liked the location, the lobby, and the pool area. I just didn't like the stain on the couch and there wasn't enough lighting, only lamps. (no ceiling lighting) The staff was very nice and if you asked for soething they sen it quickly. The free breakfast was a nice treat.

It's OK, I chose it because it was near from Disney.

“Great Deal for Proximity to Disneyland”

Found this hotel online as an alternative to staying in one of the Disneytheme Hotels. Glad I did. No frills package--great customer service, shuttle service to Disneyland was great (saved me $15 parking per day and not having to drive) breakfast offering was excellent. Will check-in here next time.
