“Not the best”

the bed was hard as a rock. the room was small. I liked the wood floors. But we came to sleep and the bed was awful

No one seems to know its there so its nice and quie. But its not even a mile from the maddness at the Spectrum

If you plan to stay in OC for 2 or 3 nights and want to be close to Irvine Spectrum...this is the place to saty.

“Could have been better, but not bad for the price....”

It had all the amenities that we needed and it was extremely close to the Irvine Spectrum. However, we had requested a non-smoking room and it is clear that smokers have spend time in that room. By the time we came home, all of our clothes smelled like cigarette smoke. Other than that, the bed was comfortable, the air worked well, and the kitchen had everything we needed.

“Not bad for one night”

The staff was excellent!! Very accommodating and nice. The rooms were not the best quality for the price, but it was OK. The two main complaints I had are my room was right at the stair well. And, the other guests were very loud in the middle of the night. And, the air conditioner intake was out front of the room and when people were outside smoking it came right in. The smell was there all night. It is an extended stay, but I wouldn't use it for more than one night.

“Poorer quality than the name and place implies”

The name of the place "Irvine Spectrum" (as long as anybody who knows what this is) is not match the quality of the hotel. They should either take out the name "Spectrum" or put the rate down further.

Need I say more...cockroaches in the room and views of trash from the windows.

“Not too impressed”

It was a bit less than mediocre. Bed was flat, blankets were thin and not that great. It's next door to Starbucks, that's good. Kitchen was ok, but phone was dirty.
