“Weary travelers welcome”
The overall appearance of the hotel and the surrounding grounds is quite clean and well maintained throughout. The parking is easy and convienent as well. The pool is well maintained and heated so it is always at a comfortable temperature no matter what time of the day except it is better before 6 pm due to the fact that the sun is hidden by the hotel. For evening dippers though it is not a problem as i said before the pool is heated. The free wirless internet works great as well. I found the overall satisfaction to be as good as it gets.
“Far more than a 3 star hotel!”
After staying at this Holiday Inn, I'm surprised it's only rated at 3 stars! The room was very comfortable; I felt no difference between this particular Holiday Inn and a Marriott (regular kind, not the Courtyard)! The bathroom was remodeled, and the provided toiletries were very nice. The bedding and bed itself felt luxurious, as did the pillows. The hotel staff was incredibly warm, welcoming and professional. When there was a mix-up with the taxi I ordered, the front desk immediately called their hotel shuttle to take me where I needed to go. They also recognized me when I came downstairs to check out. I would rate this hotel at 4 stars, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a 4 star hotel at a 3 star price!
“Impressed”
The staff was very helpful. The room was well kept and maintained, as was the hotel in general. Breakfast was good. The only downside was the bed, which was a little uncomfortable. Otherwise, we were very happy with our stay. Definitely worth the price in that area.

Good location, close to airport, freeway access, bar & restaurant off lobby, looks much more upscale than your average Holiday Inn. West side overlooks 5/405 fwy, but absolutely no traffic noise from freeway or surroundings. Very quiet place, great soundproofing. Expedia offers a modest discount over Holiday's published rates.

“centrally located well kept hotel for solo and family travelers”
Have stayed in this hotel quite a few times - alone or with company - and never had a bad stay. Clean spacious room - nice to come back to, accomodating staff, newer structure ( not even 5 years old yet), and ever trying to improve and attract customers with additions of happy hour, music on some evenings, bar food. This is NOT the place for night life nor is it very close (or too close) to restaurants, malls, beach. However, it has easy driving and access to key areas in Orange county due to proximity to El Toro and other Roads, and 405 / 5 -. 15-20 min to Laguna, and a bit more to Newport Beach and points in between. The only thing I miss - the Holiday Inn Express type breakfasts - that would help.

Nice and new hotel. It is exactly what I expected. It is close to 5 but the sound proofing is good and I did not hear anything at night.

Good central location to long beach area and close enough to travel to all area beaches in a short time. Hotel is clean and service is great!
