“I enjoyed my stay”

I had a good time at the hotel. At first, I was concern based on the review but the hotel was nice inside and outside. The staff was helpful to my family.

“Open during renovations”

This hotel was an excellent choice for us. Even though there is some major renovations going on during our stay we didn't notice. Pool, Restaurant and front desk was closed during our stay instead they had trailers out back for the front desk and a shuttle to take people over to use the sister hotels pool if they so desired. Wireless internet was still up and running. Instead of a restaurant they offered a free continental breakfast.

“Close to Disneyland & good price”

The only disappointment for us were the fairly horrible pillows. Other than that, the room was clean and updated. The hotel is very close to Disneyland; for kids just a bit older than ours (6 and 4), it's within pretty easy walking distance to the parking structure shuttles. After using those free shuttles once (after the walk) we took the ART (Anaheim Resort Transportation) shuttle bus ($4 adult, $1 child for all day use) because our kids were so tired at the end of the day at the park and because Disney's parking lot shuttles are kind of mayhem after the fireworks. The in-hotel restaurant had pretty good breakfast and dinner for the price, and kids eat free, so that was nice. They do not charge for parking and gave us a parking permit early on our check-in day even though the room was not yet ready. We'd definitely stay there again.

“Great Hotel & Sweet Trip to Disneyland”

This is the second time we (6 of us) stayed here while we visited Disneyland. Everyone is friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean and the beds very comfortable. We could see the Disneyland fireworks from the hotel. We stayed in one of the suites because they not only had a microwave and small refrigerator but a counter and 3 bar stools to sit at and drawers to put food and kitchen items. We would take the shuttle back to the hotel and have lunch and a short rest. The rest and lunch in the room was helpful as we were at the park when it opened and stayed till it closed. It also saved us money on food and part of my family is on a gluten free diet so they had access to food they could eat. There are also options when it comes to getting to Disneyland; you can take the hotel shuttle for a minimal fee (at the time $4 for adults and 1$ for kids under either 8 or 10 I don't remember) each day but that fee allows you to ride back and forth as many times as you like. Or you can walk several city blocks to the Disney parking garage to catch the free Disney shuttle or you can walk to the park. We chose to pay for the hotel shuttle because we knew we would be walking a lot at the park and we had two children; 6 & 4.

“Nicest hotel we've stayed at in the Anaheim area!”

We've been visiting Disneyland annually since we moved from Southern California in 1984. This is the best hotel we've ever stayed at for the price. It was located on the back side of the parking structure on the border of a quiet residential area. The walk to the tram was 5-10 minutes. Beds were very comfortable, air conditioner worked great, room was very clean and updated. Staff was courteous and professional. An added bonus was that we were able to see the Disneyland fireworks show every night from the parking lot of the hotel. Our kids went to Disneyland; my husband and I did the movie studio tours for a change. Plenty of parking and easy access to I-5. Will definitely stay at this hotel on our next visit.

“Great location”

I read several of the reviews and thought that maybe I had made a poor choice in this hotel. However, I wasn't there for a family vacation. I was there to run a 1/2 marathon. The staff were great; giving information about the transportation and walking distances before I even asked. My room was clean and pleasant, but most importantly quiet. It was Labor Day weekend, so I was expecting some noise, but it never happened. I thought the hotel was worth the money, even in they have resort fees and a bunch of add-on. People are lucky to know that ahead of time so that it isn't a big expensive suprise.
