“Beautiful hotel with excellent service”
I stayed here for two nights at the end of my stay in California. I booked a standard king room and was impressed with my speedy check-in, the comfort level of the room and the complimentary breakfast and Disneyland shuttle. I do, however, think that the in-room coffee service either needs to be free or of better quality. But all in all, a tremendous experience and I will be staying there again.
“Hotel Hampton Inn Anaheim-Buena Park”
Nous avions pris la suite familiale. Très bien pour avoir un peu d'intimité pour les parents. Les lits étaient très confortables, les chambres très propres. Le petit déjeuner était convenable. Nous avons connu mieux comme buffet breakfast. Nous avons apprécié notre court séjour dans cet hôtel.
“Great Family Hotel, Wonderful Staff”
We have just returned from a two and a half week holiday in California. Our Last ten days were spent at The Hampton Inn & Suites. It was fantastic to stay in such a lovely hotel. We traveled with our four teenage children and the family room suite was very spacious and even though the kids shared the beds they were large enough and very comfortable. The rooms were very clean and the staff extremely friendly. A small fridge and microwave made snacking in the room an easy option. There are a few supermarkets within walking distance to grab food rather than eat out every meal, especially after a long day sightseeing. Breakfast was great. Plenty of food and a great variety and the helpful staff were fantastic with the kids. Assisting with anything they required and always with a smile. We would take extra to our room for morning tea. I would highly recommend staying here. It has an easily accessible shuttle to the Theme Parks or is only a short drive to them. Thanks to the staff for helping make our dream holiday all the more enjoyable.

“February 2012 Stay”
Great location. Hotel was in great condition. Staff was friendly and helpful. My only "complaint"; had to turn the volume of the TV to obnoxious level to hear over the heater when it came on.
“will stay here next time i visit”
although i had to stay at this hotel for business reasons, i enjoyed the convenience of the location. everything was nearby, restaurants, attractions and shopping centers, the location was perfect! The only downside to my reservation was getting two full size beds rather than the king size i requested but everything else was great, great customer service from the gentleman that worked evenings from about 4-10pm. although they are making a transition from a hampton hotel to a marriot hotel everything ran smoothly. i was very pleased with my stay and will more than likely stay here again if i visit buena park in the future
“Love Hampton Inn”
The breakfast buffet was a treat. The only issue we had was the towels. They only put three towels and one wash cloth for a family of four. Didnt make any sense. We had to call for towels everyday.
“Not so quiet place to stay.”
You can hear child screaming, parents laughing, talking etc right in your room very loud. I thought they were right outside of my room. Not !! They were in their room few doors next !! I complained about this to front desk as I checked out. He said, next time just call us right away, we will tell them to be quiet. Well, first of all, they should have better sound proof door ( there is enough space under the door to the hallway, so sound will travel very well in & out ). Second, I'm not going back. The name "Suites" fooled me. It wasn't. I needed a suite room.
