“Not very impressed.”

The front staff was courteous, however, I paid for internet access and they did not give me at check-in the code so I could access their internet service. by the time I went back downstairs to the service desk, the clerk had gone home and there was no one there to help me. ( I did go back the next day at check out and demanded a refund for the service, which they did refund me without question) The room was clean, but the mattress was old and overused. the springs were very noisy and the mattress was not well placed on the frame. I sat on the edge and the mattress almost flipped me off the bed. Also, the guests in the room upstairs kept me up all night. They ran from one side of their room to the other all night. It was ridiculous how they kept stomping back and forth all night. I have stayed here before and this is the first time I have had such a bad experience. I will think about it twice before staying here again....

“Not impressed”

I've been to LA recently for long weekend and stayed in this hotel for four days. 1. When I checked in their computer system went down. I had to fill the details again and was given a room key. 2. When I opened the room noticed that it was having only one queen size bed but I booked two queen size beds. 3. I came back to reception for a change and shifted all of my luggages to another room. It was not cleaned and sinc was clogged with water. 4. I was given one more room and finally I settled down there (depite a bad smell). It took more than an hour for me finally. 5. In the next three days the room key didn't work three times and I had to come to reception to reset the key everytime. 6. Cleanliness of room was very average and struggled everyday with bathroom shower. Not very happy and only 2 stars.

“worst hotel I ever stayed at.”

Worst extended stay hotel. While they didn't have my booked room available, they had the audacity to try to charge me extra for the smaller room when I check-out. No bath towels were available.

“Will stay here again.”

We arrived at 2 am and departed at 11am, we only used the room to sleep, beds were a little hard but other than that, it seemed like a safe and nice area. I will be in CA for 10 days and will be staying here again due to a full kitchen and onsite laundry... Our room faced the freeway and we did not hear it at all.

“What a Difference a Year can Make!”

First let me say I'm not hard to please. I travel frequently and this was someplace I had stayed at least three times over the last two years with no complaints. I arrived and was first told there was no reservation in my name. Then they found it as I started to call Expedia. Then I was told that all that was available was a special needs room, last available and it was smoking. I said that the pre-paid reservation was very clear on the smoking issue and they would have to find another alternate room even if the charges were more than I paid. I made the reservation weeks in advance so they had the information to plan. I was TOLD, take it or leave it and GET OUT! New Management? New Rules? Whatever, Extended Stay is crossed off my List! One thing about the room; when the carpet is so dirty that you have to walk around in sox and shoe to keep your feet clean, it seriously time for a new housekeeping staff!
