“Can't beat the Price”

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. I was greated with smile everyday. The room was nice and clean and the hotel is very close to shops, restaurants, and banks.

“Excellent Night of Sleep”

Got to the hotel after midnight. Night shift staff processed everything so effectively that I was resting in bed within 10 minutes. Room was clean and comfortable. Great experience.

“good value and pleasant location in midst of busy area”

satisfied our needs for reasonable priced one night stay near to our grandchildrens home in mission viejo. This was our launch point for trip to australia and it worked well. We were particularly surprised at scene out our back window being a large agricultural site of flower production instead of industrial buildings and noise of traffic. A likely rare setting for such a busy area. Good restaurants and other amenities were a short drive away. All in all, a modest price stay suiting our needs.

“Good place for the rate”

This is an extended stay hotel with many guests that are there long term. It lacks some of the features of regular hotels, like wake-up calls. It's great for a quick one or two nights, though, and you can't beat the rate!

“Mini home away from home!”

My room had small kitchen area with all necessary pots and pans for simple indoor cooking! They did not provide anything other than two small soap bars in the bathroom. I was expecting small shampoo and conditioner that I normally get in other hotels.

“Good value”

Although a bit out of the way in north Lake Forest, this was a good deal. I was only staying one night and didn't use the kitchen. The bed was comfortrable and the room was clean. Lots of fast food restaurants in the immediate area but not really within walking distance (you need a car). I would stay here again.

“Cheap and easy”

Check in was easy, staff was professional and curteous. All materials used to create the room were certainly the cheapest possible, but everything was clean. Bring shampoo though, you only get a stick of soap.
