“2 great staff”

I stayed there for my fathers funeral recently and had traveled from sacramento with 7 kids and 3 other adults there were two very helpful staff that stood out to me a little mexican girl sorry dont remember your name just want to make sure you and the other girl get your recognition and i think the other lady was white lol but i enjoyed it the bed was not for me it hurt my back so bad i slept in the chair but overall it was nice, thank you for being understanding when i needed it

I was greated with nothing but smiles and helpfulness by the staff of this hotel. Very refreshing to find a place with the this-is-what-we-can-do attitude vs. the we-cannnot-do attitude. This staff actually looked and found solutions and did so with smiles and *up* attitudes.

“Perfect weekend getaway”

Even though we didn't need a kitchenette, it came in handy to have a frig in the room. I love the fact that there are still hotels providing a coffee maker with coffee for the morning cup I needed. Since we were staying only a few days it was conveniently within easy driving distance to the Newport areas that we wanted to go to. The pipes were a little noisy and the beds were a bit hard, but we still slept well. We didn't mind the basic TV on the low dresser since we didn't come to watch it the whole time anyway. The basic channels on the TV reception were good. The kitchenette was complete with sink, cupboards, two burner electric stove top, dishes, utinsils, one pot, coffee maker, toaster, and refrigerator with freezer. It was a good basic no frills hotel. Which worked out best for us since I always bring my own soaps and shampoos. And we don't always need the room cleaned each day, or quite as many towels as they usually give us. I would certainly stay there again.

we stayed here because we travel alot w/our pet dog...the room is nice and roomy and easy access to the airport , restarants, and the beach.... we will come back again !!!

“Excellent hotel in terms of price and service”

I was extremely impressed with the level of service I received from the hotel staff, especially considering I am not staying in a 4 star hotel. Carmen and Yesenia were very friendly and helpful. They had just installed new laminate floors in my room and it smelled kind of funny when I first came into my room. So, Carmen came in and sprayed down the entire room and it completely eliminated the odor. I was just so impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff was at this hotel. The rooms were clean and very nice for this price point. If you are simply looking for a nice, updated clean room for a great price and want exceptional service, this is the best value I've found in Orange County. My only critique is the beds are a little hard. But I wasn't expecting a 4 star caliber bed at this price point either. I would absolutely stay here again!

“A great place to stay and get a good night's rest...”

Very clean, comfortable and enjoyable room. Hotel staff was extremely courteous. I am very picky about what type of bed I sleep in, and it slept better than I anticipated. I would HIGHLY recommend staying at this facility.

“Decent, clean hotel”

Exactly what we were looking for, kitchenette was useful, location is central, clean and quiet. Nothing spectacular, but also a great price.

Other than getting wrong directions to it on the phone, the service was OUTSTANDING. There's a car rental right there in the hotel and when I wanted to extend the rental by one day they gave it to me for free, because their return time was too early for me. Wow. Not the cheapest rental, but it WAS if I account for that. Everything was fast, efficient, informative and friendly. I guess there was not too much on the teevee but I was at a convention, so it was basically a crash pad.. a NICE crash pad, indeed! Half the going rate of most hotels there, and from what I could tell, not a halfway done hotel at ALL.
