Room too dark and noisy at night. Waterfall too noisy, also breakfast setup of dragging tables at 4 and 5am too early.

Family friendly hotel

Posted 12-Oct-2014
Hotel is v family friendly. We stayed in a suite which was so convenient for us and our 2 kids. It has a very good breakfast, a happy hour for drinks and a snack in the evening which is very good. It also have laundry facility which we found to be so handy. Only -ve is the paid shuttle to Disneyland which we found to be over priced $7 per person per day. The shuttle should be a free service. Also the internet connection is so poor we couldn't use it at all. Having said that our overall all stay was v satisfactory

Disneyland Family Vacation

Posted 11-Oct-2014
Pros: Plenty of space, the microwave and refrigerator. The free breakfast buffet and manger's reception were both delicious and convenient.
Cons: The sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable and could only be used as a sofa.
Location: Good location 15 minute shuttle ride from Disneyland. Target is across the street for getting sunscreen, etc.
I wanted to take my 16-year old son to Disneyland to meet up with my 24-year old daughter and 2-1/2 year old granddaughter. We needed a large enough room so the 4 of us would not get in each other's way and my son could stay in a separate room while the baby slept or played. The Embassy Suites room was perfect! I would definitely stay here again!

Convenient for the fzmily

Posted 26-Sep-2014
Pros: Breakfast and managers reception
Cons: Don't give families with children the wheelchair accessible rooms that have accessible showers.
Location: Disneyland!
It was nice to have the separate room because we were traveling with our 2 kids. Shuttle was easy to Disneyland but be aware you need to get in line for the shuttle in advance and the shuttle sometimes leaves earlier than scheduled. Breakfast was good. The hotel gave us a wheelchair accessible room and the shower made a big wet mess each time we used it since there was no tub or lip to catch the water - that is my biggest complaint. The laundry machine worked but steamed up the room so much it was unbearable to be in there. Needed to do laundry as we were on a multi-part vacation so I put up with it as best I could.

Excellent place to stay for all ages & well placed

Posted 21-Sep-2014
Pros: Location, parking easy, breakfast and the spacious rooms
Cons: Coffee - espresso would have been good, it was very weak coffee
Location: The restaurant's nearby were plentiful, with the a small shopping complex near by. We were not going to Disneyland, but found the location handy.
Check -in was simple, we even received an up grade due to one of our party not being able to come. The room was clean and very roomy. Bed was comfortable, shower had excellent pressure, room was quite we didn't hear any other guest's. We had a meal in the restaurant one night, the services was efficient and the food great - drinks well proportioned! . This is a great place to stay for all ages, pleasant atmosphere, your not stepping over into everyone. For the elderly easy to move around, for kids with parents plenty of room to get everyone rounded up in. Breakfast was great, with creating your own omelette to fruit, cereal, pancakes, bacon and sausages and of course plenty of coffee

Comfortable Stay

Posted 21-Sep-2014
Pros: Having a two room suite is amazing! Especially with bringing our son, having the second room with the fold out couch was great.
Location: We went to Disneyland, Medieval Times, and there are plenty of shopping and restaurants to select from too.
My husband and I took our 5 year old son to Disneyland and Medieval Times. The hotel was very beautiful inside and our room was very clean and comfortable. We paid a little extra to have a corner room and we even saw the Disneyland fireworks from our room as well. The hotel was a little bit more than what we had originally wanted to pay for but it was well worth the price. Also the breakfast is great but I would recommend trying to get down their a little earlier when it is fresher.

Great Room! Great Breakfast!

Posted 15-Sep-2014
Our fabulous room was more than enough to please the family and me. The complementary breakfast that actually was a REAL breakfast pushed our over all experience over the top.
