“Location Location Location”

This was my first experience at this hotel and the proximity to Disneyland, the Anaheim trolley, restaurants and convenience store made our trip smooth, fast and effortless. I definitely would recommend this hotel and stay again in the future. Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly which is usually my first indication of whether things will go well. Good job!

Friendy Staff, and great location. I took my family and we were able to walk to Disneyland in about 5 Minutes. Room was clean. 7-11 next door, and several restaraunts and other food choices across the street. Lots of parking, and a Quiznos Sub Shop inside the hotel. Great Hotel and very affordable.

“Great vacation spot for Southern California!”

My wife, daughter and I had a wonderful time there. It was close to all the options for the Southern California City Pass. Disneyland and California Adventure Park we just two blocks away! The front desk was extremely helpful with ideas for the local entertainment and restraunts. This above all was the reason I chose the hotel again for any future holiday needs!

“Nice place to stay near Disneyland”

I've stayed at numerous places around Disneyland and so far this place has been my favorite. The staff was curtious and the room was clean and comfortable. Our request for room cleaning was answered promptly and when we requested a crib our need was met.

I got a room for one night at the Desert Palms and I was very happy with what I got. The website does not do it justice at all. The room was far beyond anything I thought it would be. Great location and service as well.

the cont. breakfast needs to be updated in a MAJOR way. it was the worst part of our 3 day stay. quiet rooms and hallways. did have some noise above us one night that got handled by mngtmt. other than that was good stay. would stay again.

Our stay at the Desert Palms Hotels & Suites was wonderful. It is clean, the people are nice, and it is in a convienient location for everything we wanted to do. We were able to walk to Disneyland every morning, and there were resturaunts all the way down the road on the way to Disneyland so we didn't have to worry about finding a place to eat. It was only 45 min. away from Universal Studios and about as close to get to the beach. My girls enjoyed every part of the trip and so did we. The hotel had fliers for every attraction there was for the surrounding areas and that made it easy for us to plan the rest of our trip. We will most deffinently stay there again.

“Suitable for my needs”

The hotel lobby and room were clean and the staff was adequate. I wouldn't say it was worth the money spent, but it is only two blocks from the entrance to Disneyland and across the street from the Convention Center. There was plenty of parking and there are a number of restaurants and fast food chains within walking distance. We stayed for one night, and it was suitable for our needs. I would choose to stay there again based on hospitality and cleanliness - not on price.

Overall very nice place to stay. There are many places to eat within walking distance of the Hotel and walked to and from Disneyland. We would definitely stay again!
