“great hotel, convenient location.”
Pros: They did not charge me for breakfast nor parking (charges were credited back). Wifi service was great easy , multiple networks that all work and choose from .. just connect then click accept, all done.. no passwords no gimmicks .. - cool service. Cons: Printing service was not easily available - only second floor which i did not use.

Service was great. Complimentary shuttle service was a huge plus.

“Wonderful Property-Great Service & Great Beds”
The room and property was very nice - the beds were the best! Service in the restaurant was above average and the hotel staff was accomodating, kind and courteous. The locale met all our needs for our conference and was still close to shopping and entertainment. There are also a couple of close-by restaurants if you don't choose to dine at the hotel. I would certainly recommend this property. The only "unwonderful" part was the necessity to pay for parking.
“Perfect for a short stay.”
The Crowne Plaza was the perfect choice for a weekend in Orange County and we got a great price with Expedia. The hotel is minutes from the airport and freeway so all local attractions are easily accessed. It is in the middle of a business area so the local streets were deserted at the weekends which is great when you are first trying to locate the hotel. The staff were all very helpful. We had requested 2 beds and had been assigned 1 king but the check in clerk soon found us another room. The pool area was nothing spectacular but who cares with OC's fabulous beaches 10 minutes away? The room was smallish but nice and the beds extremely comfortable. As most of us visiting OC for a weekend will spend minimal time in the hotel the Crowne PLaza fit the bill perfectly.

It is a nice hotel in a nice area. Good price for the hotel.Great service. The fittness area some old, but good. A place for a good night lodge. Near of attractions, the sea and one of the best shopping mall in southern california. I recommend it a lot.
“4th of July 2009”
I loved the room...the bed was very comfortable..even the parking was good. The room service was excellent. Check-in put me at ease...I got an room upgrade, SWEET!!
