“Helpful Staff”
The hotel staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful; providing a handicapped room; maps and suggestions for dining, pharmacies, etc. The hotel provided snacks, apples in the morning with coffee and water with lemon, and cookies in the evening.
“Would stay again”
My recent business stay at the Courtyard in Laguana Hills was excellent. Quite room and even though the hotel was located right off the freeway traffic noise was not an issue. Great staff that was very accomodating, even recommended a resturant that delivered, nice to not have to go out after long plane ride and working the whole day. The ability to work out of my room was wonderful as the internet access was quick. This is a great hotel to stay for longer business trips. When I go back this will be a first choice.
“Nice Hotel but Wake Up Call not made”
Very nice hotel, close to freeway, shopping and Irvine Ampitheater. Luckly I am light sleeper when traveling, as hotel clerk never wrote our wake up call down and we were never called, otherwise I would have been late for flight. Other than that, other hotel staff very friendly. I didn't have a chance to use pool and hot tub, but it was very clean area. The hotel appears to be fairly new.
“Good place!”
Also liked the computer and printer in the lobby, which I used to print my airline boarding pass. The only that I didn't like was the buffet breakfast, which I thought was overpriced.
“Laguna at a great price”
A great little hotel that recently underwent renovations and really looks nice. It's centrally located for my Laguna Beach getaways - close to the Irvine Spectrum, movies, shopping, etc., and close to the beach (20 min or so to Aliso). If you want a nice hotel, courteous staff and a great value, I highly recommend this spot. Nice pool and jacuzzi area too.
“I'll be back”
This Courtyard Marriott is next door to our business, so we stay there when our home rennovation requires. We arrive at work feeling rested and restored... Thank you, Marriott for your amazingly comfortable beds and quiet rooms.
“A great Value for the Money”
This was the first time I've stayed at a "Courtyard by Marriott" hotel, and I was very impressed. The staff was excellent! Clearly they loved their jobs and really cared about their guests. The buffet breakfast was quite good and extensive, including an Order-off-the-menu option...all for a very low price. The easy access to a main highway, shopping, theaters and other attractions was also excellent for anyone who plans to get out and about while visiting Orange County. I would definitly stay at this hotel again.
“Great location”
This hotel was right next to the interstate..20 mins from Disney and about 1 hour from Universal Studios, San Diego Zoo, and Sea World. About 10 mins from Laguna Beach..Great Location in the OC, clean and helpful people.
“Comfortable and close”
Hotel is close to shopping and several other attractions. Close to the I-5 and the 405. Great midway between San Diego and LA
“Excellent”
All around an excellent stay, clean comfortable room, and everything went smooth. Perfect if you want a suite to stay in, nice and comfortable
