Room was clean. Had a funny smell like someone smoked and they tried to cover it up. Wasn’t so bad I changed rooms. But noticeable. Hotel was quiet. I felt safe traveling alone.

This hotel had no problem taking my money when i booked the room. But when we arrived they wouldnt accept my card to pay the deposit. The lady working the front desk was very rude. The lobby was dirty. And know i am fighting to get my money back that they already took out my bank for the room. This hotel is a joke but the hotel right next door is amazing.

Dear Mrs Branch,I would just like to address the issues that you pointed out on your review. 1) We, the hotel, did not take your payment, as you booked your pre-pay, non-refundable reservation with Expedia, however, you were charged one night due to your not checking in with an acceptable credit card. Please note that you can always call the hotel directly and ask if your credit card is accepted. 2) You attempted to pay the deposit with a Chime card, unfortunately, we do not accept Chime cards, in addition to another 17 credit cards and pre-paid cards nor virtual payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc..). 3) We strive to keep the lobby as clean as possible, our apologies to you for finding the lobby dirty.In my experience, a guest will tend to find a front desk agent to be rude if the guest doesn't agree with what the agent is telling them.

Hello Alyse,We didn't take your debit card because it was a pre-paid pay pal debit card. We clearly have this in all our platforms, that our hotel does not accept pre-paid cards. We gave you an option to see if you have any other credit card. I am sorry but our front desk agents are following the company policy.

It was good. It had an old refrigerator and a dish washer that looked super outdated. The water pressure was sad though. The staff were excellent. It was better than the Extended Stay America in Anaheim that’s for sure. It’s a little out of the way from Disneyland Resort for walking distance but if you Uber, Lyft from hotel would be better and faster.

We were surprised at the size of the room. And even though pets were allowed and it was close to the freeway, it was pretty quiet. We could tell it was an older building, and there were some "smells", it wasn't bad. We'd stay again

The room was okay, bed was average I can tell the mattress was dated as it sunk in certain areas, but I was so tired I just passed out. Unfortunately, it wasn't cleaned thoroughly. There was hair on bathroom floor, the tub, and inside the drawer with the utensils, gross! The reclining chair looked dirty and crumbs found on the edges. I only used the plastic cups for the coffee, and nothing else. The fridge is old, and door was yellowish in color and stained. Staff was great though, but I don't think I'll be returning due to cleanliness.

The property is a great place to sleep for a night. The bed was comfy and I felt safe. It’s a little dated as the elevator was a little scary. Please fix the front door. It is not safe to have a door not work after hours (even with a card key). Thank you!

I have to be careful about what I eat, their kitchenette was ideal. I did not like that I had to pay daily parking, I guess this is the California hospitality!!!

We are a pet-friendly hotel, and we have a pet policy also for all our pet owners that they are to pick up after their pet. Hello Chris,I am sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations. As far as our hotel staff, we were only trying to ask you for a deposit and you wanted to give us an apple pay and we have asked you for a physical credit card because we do not accept apple pay. It is stipulated on the website that you must provide a credit card at check-in, so our front desk agents were only telling you what is in the policy, they were not being rude.

Just to extend my stay i had to pay $200 again
It was good. I like the place, but when i wanted to extend my stay they said because i book with a 3rd party i would have to be checked out and pay the $200 deposit again and do it directly threw them. There customer service was terrible. The girls in the morning were very nice but everyone else sucked. One of the girls i didnt catch her name was so rude. I told her the customer service sucked there and she said in the most Condescending way, that she would let the manager know. I will never stay there again.

This necessitates a new deposit, as the check-out process for third-party bookings involves releasing the hold on your card, albeit this may take 2-10 business days for the funds to be fully released by your bank.During your check-in process, our team apprised you of these specificities concerning third-party bookings. Furthermore, our front desk team exercised flexibility by offering you a discounted rate under the AAA rate without mandating the presentation of your AAA card. We extended our apologies for any inconveniences encountered, particularly with respect to the key issue.Regarding the room concerns expressed, our establishment does provide guests the option to decline extending their stay if dissatisfied. Despite this, an extension was requested by your party.We value your feedback and aim to ensure your future experiences meet your expectations.
