“Can't wait to go back.”

It is very quiet there and the air conditioning worked wonderfully and did not keep me up. I was very busy on the 2 days I was there and only slept there basically and it was the best hotel I have ever stayed in.

“Really nice hotel”

This looks like a brand new hotel. The room was really nice & comfortable & large & we were able to borrow a movie to watch for free.

“Better than advertised”

Although the hotel is tucked away in a corporate park, it's an easy drive to everything you would need and just off the freeway. The room was very clean, including appliances and the kitchenware that is provided. Ordinarily I'm wary of kitchen utensils that are provided, but these were very clean. I saved time and money buying frozen breakfast and snack items at the nearby supermarket and microwaving them as needed. The "honor system" pantry is well-stocked and reasonably priced. The fitness center is adequate. And I actually prefer not having daily maid service. It was quite a bargain and I would gladly stay here again.

“Nice, cozy, clean. Will stay again for its price.”

I was pleasantly surprised with what I got with its price. Not extremely fancy, but the hotel is cozy, clean, has nice soft pillows & comfy bed. Internet connection is free which is great. It is very conveniently located. I would definitely stay here again.

“Very quiet!”

I was very happy with the staff at the front desk. The Lady I spoke with was very helpful and nice. I did have some problem with the internet hook up and that is probalilty the only thing I would change is to go from wired to wire-less.

“Great bargain in South Orange County”

I stayed here while visiting family during the 2009 holidays. This place is one of those suite-type hotels with a kitchenette. I've stayed in Extended Stay America, the same kind of thing, and paid the same price for not as nearly as nice facilities. The surrounding neighborhood is typical Irvine (brand-spanking new office buildings and wide, empty roads). Very convenient for the 5 and 405 fwys and the Irvine Spectrum.

You are in for a treat. Once you find it as it was difficult to find the rest is just such a plesure of an experience. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Value for money and cleanliness and the comfort of the rooms were amazing.

“Good, but not for families with kids”

The hotel is nice in an out of the way location, hence cheap. The one thing I did not know is that they do not clean your room or change towels every day, just once a week. You can change the towels by bringing them to the front desk and exchanging them for fresh ones. It has a nice gym, free washing machines and dryers and a little shop for food.

“great hotel for moderately priced room”

room was perfect and clean clean clean .. bed was super comfy with great sheets and pillows .. would stay there again and definitely recommend this hotel as a gem for a moderately priced room
