Very clean and roomy...and kitchen is a bonus... Enough parking space and safe and convenient locations. Tasty breakfast and very nice employees. We enjoyed the stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. From check in to check out we had a wonderful experience. I would recommend sprucing up the look of the elevator, hallways and carpets leading to the rooms. The room is a little dark. We like that they are going green. The morning breakfast helped and it was very good. The server could have been a litte more pleasant, he wasn't very friendly and wasn't quick to re-stock items that ran out - he was always needing to be asked to do it. The shuttle service to Disneyland is great however we weren't aware that it stops at several hotels before taking you there but that was ok. Only unfortunate incident: my adult children' stayed an addl day. When I tried to pay over the phone and send my payment information via fax I had a very difficult time. The person on the phone who was a front office manager mistook me for a difficult customer they were previously dealing wtih and she was rude, rude, rude! I never experienced anyone like her before! I had to ask to speak to the hotel manager and only after she lisented to my entire story did she realize I was NOT the person who was giving their staff a hard time. I never recd an apology from the front desk manager. with that in mind I would be hesitant to return. Other than that everyone else was very nice and professional. Having been in the hotel business myself I was absolutely shocke at this front desk managers' handling of me - very, very unprofessional and rude.

“Will use this hotel again”

We got a great deal on this hotel and it was well worth it. All the hotel employees were very friendly and accommodating. We used the pool & spa. Not far from a shopping center with store & restaurants. A short drive to Disneyland. The breakfast was basic, but for free not complaining. Apples, bananas, cereal donuts, Muffins, toast, waffles, eggs, sausage etc of course coffee & juice The beds were clean & very comfortable. Like the flat screen TV with lots of stations. It was a great experience, we will stay here again.

“Nice hotel, very comfortable and clean”

We booked this hotel for a visit to Disneyland with the family. I was a little hesitant as it was not as close to Disney as other hotels but for the price and the reviews and decided to book it. The hotel appears to be at least 25 years old and although it has been remodeled there are some areas that show the hotel's age. The rooms are very comfortable and they have definitely been updated. The shower and the bathroom was very clean and there were plenty of soft towels for the three of us. We got a 2 bedroom suite which worked perfectly for our family as our daughter could watch her own TV in the living room while we got a good rest in the bedroom. The breakfast bar is what you would expect from a 3 star hotel with a warm breakfast, nothing out of the ordinary but good enough to get you at least through lunch time. The reception staff does not seem to be very experienced at customer service but were nevertheless friendly. I asked for the laundry facilities and they gave me such bad directions that I got lost for about 15 minutes wandering around the hotel. Once I got to the laundromat, I had to return to the front desk to get coins for the washers as the front desk guy didn't bother to ask whether I needed change to operate the machines. WIll we stay here again? Definitely. The rooms were clean, there were no bed bugs and we loved the spaciousness of the suite and it was close enough to Disney and the major highways that it made it so convenient for us.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Best Western Meridian Inn and Suites. The hotel staff was very courteous. Check in was fast. I was quite plesantly suprised when I saw my room as it was everything and more than I expected. The room was super clean and the bed was comfortable. I stayed for two nights and got a good nights sleep both nights. The hotel itself is extremely quiet . . . this may be due to the fact that it was the "off season" and no body was using the pool/spa. The complimentary breakfast was better than adequate. Easy, quick drive to Disneyland. Good rate + nice room + pleasant stay = I will definitely stay here again!

Great Hotel! Wonderful value, clean room, updated and very comfortable. The hotel also had great amenities which I did not have at a previous 'larger name' hotel. I was very impressed and will definitely book at BW again whenever I need to travel.

We stayed for 5 days & 4 night and loved our stay! The staff was very friendly & helpful; the breakfast was fantastic & the room was very nice! Fantastic price for a hotel that is only an exit or two from Disney & the Convention Center. We drove to the Convention Center 2 days out of our stay & it was a very quick drive.

“Great Disney/Attraction Home Base”

It was a great hotel, especially for the price. We're used to staying in budget hotels and this was definitely above par. LOTS of space for our little family of three. The beds were very comfortable, as were the pillows. We had not issues whatsoever except for one thing. There was a group of teenage girls staying in the hotel our first night and the walls of the hotel are paper thin. Fortunately, I'd read another review, recommending that patrons request a room on the top (3rd) floor, so I had, but it was still a bit noisy. Then because of the noise, someone below us thought that we were contributing to it after we'd long been asleep. They apparently called the front desk to complain and at midnight (after me, my husband and our two year old had been asleep for 3 hours) the front desk called our room asking us to please keep it down. I told her we were sleeping, but it was still a rude awakening in the middle of the night. Other than that, I have no complaints. The breakfast was great, the proximity to attractions was great and the staff was friendly.
