“Very nice!”

Room was large, clean, and had all the amenities: microwave, mini-fridge, free wireless Internet access. Bed was comfy as well as other furniture. Heater was a bit confusing and hyperactive (kept turning on/off) but it kept the room warm and sound was not obtrusive. Would definitely come back! Only pet peeve was no access directly to Imperial Highway, but I suppose that's not the hotel's fault.

“As far as location and room, we certainly got what we paid for. I will be much smarter next time”

The room was very nice, the breakfast was fine, not extrodinary, but what many hotels serve. Staff was pleasant. We were pleased with Expedia, as always.

“Ants in room 218”

Shoddy housecleaning and ants all over the place. Late arrival prohibited "housekeeping" from helping. I use Best Western exclusively...this was the worst.
