This is a very nice hotel and I was very impressed with the luxurious feel of the rooms and lobby. The hallways were even appealing! The rooms were big and the king-size bed was comfy, but a little hard for my taste. It is right off the toll road and convenient to the freeway. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, especially for the price!

When we go to Rancho Santa Margarita, we always want to stay at Ayres Suites. It has a unique feel to it.Very tastefully decorated, a warm feeling that you don't get at a lot of hotels or motels. The full breakfast in their comfortable dining area is also a delight. I recommend it highly.

“Exceeded Expectations”

Ayres Suites may be the cleanest hotel we've stayed in. The complimentary breakfast buffet was a surprise - fresh fruit, hot selections (eggs, sausages, oatmeal, pancakes) every morning. We were sorry we were too busy to enjoy weekday complimentary happy hours. Ayres was convenient to a wedding we attended, but a bit away from other commitments we had during the week we stayed in California. Nonetheless, we would definitely stay again.

“Quite & Comforting”

This hotel was great for a personal trip. The access to Mission Viejo was great, and the hotel provided us with a map of area attractions. They also assisted in getting directions to any destination we came up with. The staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast every morning was great, with a variety of food each day.
