“Nice Facility”
We ended up staying at this hotel a total of five days. The pool, spa, and work out room were excellent, 5 out of 5. If I had to find something to criticize it would be that the included breakfast, which was very good, was the exactly the same every day.
“Excellent choice for longer many”
Firstly, let's remember that this is a three star hotel. That said, it is far nicer than many four star hotels I've stayed in. The front desk is extremely helpful and genuinely interested in making our stay pleasant. All common areas and our room were extremely clean and in perfect condition. Our room was large, nicely furnished, quiet and comfortable. It's conveniently located right next to a freeway exit, and close to amenities, but is very quiet. A full breakfast is served every morning, and light refreshements in the lobby on weekday evenings. It would be a stretch to call it luxurious, but it isn't a resort. We plan on staying there every time we visit the area.
“Lovely Hotel in the Saddleback Valley”
We had a great stay. The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful to us. The breakfast and evening reception were wonderful. We plan to return in August.

Hotel was very nice. Just one thing is the construction going on adjacent to it. Otherwise very well situated close to freeways and shops.
“Wonderful Hotel Experience”
The Ayres is a beautiful hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was very good. We were very pleased with our experience there and will stay there again, if ever in the area.

“Ayres Suites is a wonderful place to stay”
We have stayed at Ayres Suites whenever we visit our son in nearby Rancho Santa Margarita. The hotel has a very warm feeling and decor. The breakfast room and full breakfast are a plus. For us the hotel has been a terrific find.

We were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and the size of the room. We'll definitely stay there again.
“Would Go Back!”
This was a great hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful (what you expect). Our room was clean and comfortable (the pillows, the tub). We really loved coming back to the room after spending the day out. The only complaint was that it didn't seem to have in-room movies. Otherwise, it's in a great residential area, so it was real quiet at the end of the day.
“Ayers earns its ratings!”
My wife and I stayed for four nights and found the hotel deserving of Expedia's high praise. The room was spacious and maintained immaculately. The front desk was very helpfula nd prompt. When we needed to switch the down pillpws and comforter for foam due to my wife's allergies, the staff immediately changed out the pieces in question. The complimentary breakfast was especially nice and a real moneysaver! The prepared items were hot, fresh and flavorful. At least a $20 to $30 value for a couple. My wife commented that she preferred Ayres to the Marriott Courtyard where we stayed for the remainder of our trip. Thank you, Expedia and Ayres!
