Children under 18 years old are not allowed in the spa without adult supervision. Guests under 13 years old are not allowed in the spa.

“Book a Massage While you are here!”
Bruce is an excellent massage therapist. Even though the hotel is out of the way, I'll come back to schedule a massage and stay. Restaurant, Bar and service outstanding.
“Great place to stay if the location works for you”
We stayed in a two room suite (I think they're all suites here, I can't remember) that had a sofa and two flat screen TVs. Breakfast was decent too. No pool, if you need that, you have to walk across the parking lot to their partner facility. It's close to a shopping center that has a couple of restaurants and grocery store. The location is a bit off the beaten track, and not close to anything but the toll road. I kind of liked it, because it's out of the way enough that the area is not too crowded, but not too far to drive someplace like the Irvine Spectrum, Newport Beach, or Disneyland (20 - 30 min drive).
“Very comfortable, clean, and cheery.”
All the ratings I read were right--this was a totally pleasant experience at a good value. Very clean, housekeeping service was great, comfortable beds. My only suggestions for improvement would be to soundproof windows (the courtyard area was filled with rather noisy people until late during a few of the nights I spent there), and have a better variety of foods at breakfast (more fresh fruit on low-sugar cereals, and skim milk). Otherwise, front desk staff was very nice, and place was easy to find (about 12 minutes off the 405, in a quiet part of town).
“My new favorite place!”
The hotel felt like a spa! Courtyard with a fire pit and fountain was very relaxing after spa treatments at the hotel Spa. Iced water with fruit slices at the check in desk. Clean, beautifully decorated roomy suite with two flat panel TVs. Helpful staff (Gabby) and great service. Nice breakfast buffet---waffle maker to make your own fresh waffles! Late check out was not a problem. Free wireless internet. Couldn't be nicer.
“Good Experience Overall”
Nice people, good breakfast, large, nice room, easy parking, walking distance to some reasonable restaurants, shops, etc, and easy access to computer. Unfortunately, no time to enjoy spa amenities or pool. Gym is a bit limited, but ok for a quick workout. Close to the area I was working at, so convenient.

“Our trip to Mission Viejo”
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk answered any questions and often suggested activities and restaurants around the hotel. They even had water in the lobby with lemon and cucumbers in it! Housekeeping even would call if you had your privacy sign on the door for more than two days just to check if you needed anything. There was a full breakfast buffet everyday, with fruit, oatmeal, waffles, bagels, eggs bacon and potatoes! Every morning! Will definitely stay with the Ayres hotel's again!
“Very nice Hotel”
We stayed at this hotel because we were coming up from San Diego for one night for a friends' daughters engagement party and the hotel was close to our their house. It was very comfortable and I'm sure if we had more time might have tried out the spa. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks Expedia for the coupon and the good recommendation.
“Pleasant weekend”
This hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was courteous and even allowed a later checkout time upon request for no charge.
“Did Not Like the Lighting”
My experience was negative due to the energy saving lightbulbs. I know it is the wave of the future, but I think the hotel went too far...everything looked dark and gloomy to me. I couldn't even see to put on my makeup in the bathroom.
