The hotel had a nice layout with large living room & bedroom. And the balcony outside was nice at sunset. Breakfast was only ok. I would stay here again though as it was close to bike trails and close to the marina.

We had to spend a night in Santa Ana. We were unfamiliar with the area and was skeptical about the condition of the hotel. I usually do not trust the photos, and other people's experience because we each look for different things or qualities in a hotel. My number one concern is cleanliness. Two, staff attitudes three, the age of the hotel ( old hotels smell, in my opinion) and four, comfortable beds. When we first arrived I liked the layout of the lobby (modern), a receptionist greeted us and the check in was fast and easy. The room was quiet, no outside noise even though our room was by the street. When we arrived in the room it was clean and well supplied (towels, tissue, plenty of docking stations, a nice big screen TV, etc...) I liked the fact that it had a sleeper sofa ( we took a room for two, one king bed). I will definitely book there in the future and recommend it for a friend.
It's location is superb! It's a street from Knotts Berry Farm and Very conveniently located between Target and Walmart and Buena Park Mall. There's lots of eateries around too. Walking distance from a authentic Korean restaurant, Micky D's, Starbucks, IHOP, and Claim Jumper to name a few. The room is clean and quiet and large with a separate bedroom and living/dining area which is what I always look for in a hotel because someone always wakes up earlier and thus with a separate room, they can move around without disturbing everyone else; plus, if you have a larger group, they can sleep in the pull out sofa bed.
Great location across the street from the beach. Pools and party rooms available for family get togethers. Staff is wonderful and the property spotless. You can check-out chairs, bikes, and movies. We had a practically perfect time!
We just got back from our 5 night stay. Everything was amazing we loved our room with two bathrooms and bunkbeds. The pool was great. The view out our room to the pool and hyatt pool was beautiful. The staff was always super helpful. They printed maps for us to long beach aquarium, john wayne airport, disney parking. They were always friendly and helpful. Fresh cookies when we got there. Amazing breakfast ans waffles. A great shuttle just outside. The gift shop was super. Stocked with frozen merchandise. The gift shop staff were super nice. Lots os restaurants close and super close to drive to outlets at orange. Lots of food places carls junior, red robin etc. This
Loved the room. The peacock theme is what cought our eye. It was very clean and cozy. Loved the suite with the kitchenette set up and full coffee pot. Liked the seperated sink area from the bathroom. The hotel lobby was very small with no amenities but again the room was the best and freshly remodeled. Would stay again.
My family of 4 stayed 2 nights to go to the Disneyland-not-so-scary-Halloween party. This hotel was about 7 miles from the park. The room was really big with a full kitchen and our balcony overlooked the courtyard/pool that is in the middle. The breakfast was full size and really good. Lots of options. The swimming pool was nice, too. There was construction going on in the halls of the hotel, but they only worked on it during times most people would be awake. It didn't bother us. The staff was very friendly.
