“restful retreat”
The rooms were clean and comfortably appointed, with a seperate sleeping area (french door to seating area) and a spacious bath. The seating upholstery was "average"--but the bed linens were crisp and smooth; the throw was sumptious. The staff persons were pleasant and capable hosts--we only ate breakfasts in the hotel, but the cooking was good. I was drawn to select this hotel for the triple-sheeting(comfort in sleep), the seperate sleeping area(privacy for room service) and the Starbucks downstairs--but it was their service, convenient access to multiple restaurants within a 3 minute walk (there was a restaurant in-house, as well) and overall atmosphere that would make me likely to return to this hotel if we return to this area.
“Great Hotel - Convenient, Clean, Friendly”
This is my husband and my second visit to the Anaheim Marriott Suites. The last time we stayed here was about 5 years ago. I like it here because of the cleanliness, the staff is friendly, and it's a little more relaxing then staying right within walking distance to Disneyland. Since we carpooled with the in-laws, we didn't mind parking at Disneyland which does allow in and out privileges. There are great eating places nearby and Target is right across the street if you need to pick up incidentals, water, snacks. We haven't tried the ART (Anaheim resort transit) though we did see people waiting right outside the hotel for it. Other pluses include the refrigerator in the rooms, bath and body toiletries, free print outs of boarding passes via the business center, and free self-parking (yay!). Some downsides I found was that we were booked for a room with a King bed but got two double beds which was a little small for my husband and I. They may have given this to us since we requested 2 beds for a 2nd room for my in-law and her children. I'm sure the hotel would have changed our rooms had we requested. My sister-in-law indicated the dryer in the laundry room did not work well so she ended up packing up some slightly damp clothes on checkout day. I would love to see the addition of the following in the future if possible: microwave, free continental breakfast, hotel shuttle to Disneyland. However, for now, I am happy with the hotel and would stay here again.
“Met my expectations”
We arrived in Anaheim after a long day in San Diego and 90 minute drive on the California freeways. Even though it was after to 11PM, we were greeted promptly by the hotel staff in the driveway and by the front desk (night audit)clerk. The hotel was sold out that night, but we had two rooms ready for us. The staff was apologetic that our second room was not connecting or adjacent as requested, but worked to get it on the same floor. The beds were wonderful, and the amenities were greatly appreciated by my wife.
“Relaxing and Beautiful”
I loved this hotel. Everyone on staff was helpful and friendly. Everything was clean and organized. The room was spacious and the bed was better than our bed at home. I can't wait to go back.
“Great hotel for business or families visiting Disneyworld”
Everything at this hotel worked as it should. The suite was large, comfortable and clean. The fitness facility was adecuate for a short stay. The front desk staff was helpful and on the ball. When we experienced a power shortage that affected the whole area, they contacted the manager of the local Target to supply flashlights for all the guests - after hours! Also, can't beat the location next to Disney and the Anaheim convention center. Overall - great job.
“Can't wait to go back”
This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel. The hotel location is very convenient and not too far from Disneyland park. There is no parking fee charges from this hotel. Yeah...we love it. The staff is very friendly. The room has plenty space so kids can run around. Everything is perfect as we expected. We will definitely stay in this hotel again when we visit Disneyland next time.
“Perfect for a family!!! for sure!”
We really enjoyed the location as well as the friendly staff. The hotel was clean the heated pool a plus. The rooms are very spacious my kids loved the roaming space! The transit pick up and drop off was very convienent didnt wait longer than 15 minutes. We would most definatly stay here again.The only thing we had a little trouble with was the room service we ordered one night a simple order (very simple) was really screwed up and took 1 hour. Other than that our 5 day stay was GREAT!! Disneyland was just minutes away.

The reception staff was very friendly and accommodating.

This hotel worked out well for us with the separate sleeping area and the living room area. If one person gets up earlier than the rest of the group, they can be in the other area watching TV, etc. It was a little far to walk to Disneyland, but you can take the bus. However, we found it to be slow and not coming as often as they stated. We drove to Disneyland by the second day and just paid the parking, which in the end was about the same for our group of four anyway. We loved the fact that the hotel had a Starbucks to get coffee in the morning and it was convenient to have a fridge in our room. We would definitely stay here again.
“Loved the Marriott”
We are so glad that we ended up staying at the Marriott due to a problem with our originally booked hotel. They were very curtious and professional. THANK YOU Expedia for your promt assistance on finding this lovely experience.
