“Parking”
Please include the parking fees in the quotes! $12.00 day...kinda steep
“Exceeded my expectations”
I stayed for 4 Nights and everything was superb. The Staff was friendly, the room was spic and span and the price exceeded my expectations. Robbie, Toronto
“Great place to stay!”
My family loved the hotel. The room was clean, staff were helpful & friendly, Location was nearby Disneyland and nearby stores and restaurants to choose from. I'm glad we stayed here, we would definitely use this place again. Wished their complimentary tasted better though.
“Annaheim Courtyard by Marriot”
When we got home we checked our Visa statement and found that the hotel had charged us a second time for the price of the room ( we had already paid through Expedia). When I called the hotel to find out what was going on they immediately transferred me to the front desk manager who acknowledged their error and apologized, and promised to correct the issue with a credit right away. While the double charge concerned me, the quick response to fix the issue was very much appreciated. Fairly close to the convention center, easy walking distance. Breakfast service was good.
“comfortable and quiet”
1. It's comfortable and quiet to live there. 2.It's very convenient to go to the disneyland. There is a shuttle take you there in 10 minutes, but the shuttle is not free and charge 4 dollar per day.
“Made our Disney accommodation comfortable”
Excellent value for money. Staff were helpful and friendly. We booked 3 rooms as we were a group of 6. Rooms were tidy and spacious. Very near one of Disney's parking lots so able to pick up the Toy Story bus daily to the Disneyland entrance free of charge. Hotel situated in quiet area yet off main street (South Harbor Blvd.) where Disneyland is situated. This was our 2nd visit to Disneyland in 3 years and our first hotel (opposite Disneyland) was a well-known chain but old, musty-smelling, small room, terribly small bathroom, and outdated decor.
“Great, convenient business stay”
Room was very tidy and well-appointed. I had a bit of difficulty with the wi-fi and the thermostat, but I think that was more user error than anything wrong with either. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in all respects. The restaurant/bar downstairs is very convenient for business travelers, especially if you're traveling solo, so that you can grab a quick and reasonably-priced bite without having to travel too far. I did not use the pool or spa, but I used the fitness area and, while small, it did have very nice and obviously new treadmills.
“All's well in Annaheim”
The hotel is centrally located, and was within walking distance of the convention center. The room was clean and well appointed. The pool was kept very clean and was inviting.
“Good hotel with great customer service”
The courtyard by Marriott is a very comfortable, well maintained hotel with-in walking distance from Disneyland. My wife and I were extremely impressed by the high level of customer service we received during our stay. The front desk staff were very obliging and helpful and ready to assist us with any requests we made of them. They are a credit to the hotel and the Marriott company. The free WIFI was fast and easy to use and the hotel provides complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning. Hotel is about a 15 minute walk along flat ground to Disneyland. If you really can't handle that, one of the ART shuttles stops at the hotel. We will certainly be looking at staying here next time we are in Anaheim.
“An Excellent Choice!”
We had occassion to stay here in January of this year. What a delightful experience. Friendly staff, helpful front end personel and a great restaurant too! Convenient location, excellent parking and a super location close to Disneyland, which was the reason for our trip with our grandkids. Rooms are beautifully appointed, clean and well services. We travel a lot in Europe, some in Asia and Africa. This hotel make our top ten! Wonderful value. An excellent choice!
