“Great Location”
The hotel is across the street from Disney Land entrance and next door to McDondalds. The room was clean and comfortable. A great deal for the money!
“Recommended”
The hotel is right across the street from the main entrance to Disneyland -- an easy 5 - 7 minute walk to the ticket booths after walking past Disneyland's tram area. We arrived about noon, a few hours before the official check in time, but we were allowed in right away since the room was ready. No extra surcharges or fees were tacked on. This trip was mid-week (with kids still in school) so parking was plentiful -- and free. Free breakfast area had: various danishes, coffee, cereal, milk, hot chocolate. No hot food that I can remember, but then again I wasn't looking for any. Room had a coffee maker and a fridge. Fourth floor has a nice pool area w/ hot tub. McDonalds is right next door if you want some fast food.
“Nice, comfortable large rooms”
This slightly older hotel is RIGHT across the street from the gates of Disneyland. We couldn't have been in a better location. Our room was very large, clean, and comfortable. Each room has a microwave and small refrigerator.
“Highly Recommended!”
I stayed in this hotel with my wife and 2 kids aged 12 and 7 from May 30 to June 4, 2009. We checked in late (we advised them) and the room was clean and ready when we got there. I loved the fact that it's just a 10-minute walk to Disneyland. In our 5 nights stay there, my wife would go back to our hotel room to rest and would just go back later on to Disneyland for another round of Disney fun. One time, my kids walked back with her to the hotel so they could take a dip in the pool. The staff in the counter was gracious and accommodating. There was hot water and the airconditioner was working. I didn't like much their continental breakfast. If you're used to heavy breakfast like I am, then go buy your food in the restos near the hotel and store them in the ref and make use of the microwave inside the room. 2 nights out of 5, we saw the Disney fireworks display from the balcony of our 5th floor room. It was spectacular. There are no other buildings beside the hotel so Disneyland can be seen very well from the balcony. However, you have to ask Disney Information about their fireworks display because it was not in the Schedule being distributed for the week that we were there so we didn't expect it. If we had known there was going to be fireworks on the Wednesday that we were there, we would have watched it inside Disneyland. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel to Disney tourists. Even my friends who visited me were impressed with the hotel's location.
“Just what we were looking for”
The hotel is very close to Disneyland's main entrance. We booked the suite (huge), which had two balconies overlooking the park. Not fancy, but clean and confortable. The hot tub is tiny, but that wasn't our main prioritiy. Pool was very clean. The price was surprisingly reasonable and staff was very helpful.

The receptionist speaks Spanish. La recepcionista habla Español. Can't complain, it is a good place to stay. No me puedo quejar, es una buena ubicación para quedarse.
“One of 3 hotels we always use at Disneyland”
We're annual passholders which means we get down there 2-5 times a year. Definitely one of the 3 hotels we use during our stays.
“2010 summer vacation”
No bad suprises. The room looked like it was recently remodeled. They provided more towels than any other hotel I ever seen. Being across the street from Disneyland was nice. In the afternoon we can go back to the hotel and relax a bit before going back for the evening shows. The free breakfast was very basic, croissant, donuts, cereal, milk, and juice for all 3 days, but it was sufficient for me. I am very satisfied.

The location was amazing, the hotel was clean and the staff seemed nice (we never needed them because they where doing a great job). The only thing I was slightly disappointed with was the continental breakfast, it was rather lack luster. Apples, small sweet rolls, and juice. No cereal, no choice of fruit.
“prime location”
Every year we go back to Disneyland, we always book our stay with the Park Inn for several reasons. The most important reason being the location...it is directly across the street from the main Disneyland entrance. Second, everything is handled professionally, timely and with sincere courtesy. If we needed ANYTHING, they certainly did what they could to provide. I am quite the critic when it comes to service and the only review I can pass on would be a good one. My family and I were completely satisfied with our stay on this most recent trip and every trip prior. We have designated the Park Inn as our "home" hotel.
