“Great Value--Great Location”

A family of 7, staying for 8 days. The rooms we had were roomy and well equipped with fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Everything worked reliably. Other reviews of this hotel complain of water pressure/heat...we were booked in rooms in the low 200's and found our water pressure/heat to be absolutely wonderful. The mattresses were a dream, good sleep every night. You may need to hound the staff for extra towels and pillows, but the room was serviced every day and there was always a fresh supply of towels, just not enough for a full room of people. Wear slippers.. the carpets do make your feeties black. No sounds through the walls. Pool is not heated, never found the jacuzzi. Continental breakfast was acceptable. But we just needed a place to call home base for our stay. As for location--just blocks from Knott's Berry Farm. About 4 miles from Disneyland, but since the hotel is basically on the corner of Ball Rd, there is very little chance of getting lost, and we were able to get to the park within 15 minutes each day. Access to Huntington and Newport Beaches is a straight drive on Beach Blvd til you hit the ocean. The neighborhood has a lot of fast food of every flavor, and grocery/drug stores are easily found within a mile or so. The neighborhood itself is a little shaky, so it might not be wise to walk at night. Overall we think it is a great value when doing the vacation thing and I would stay there again.

The Hotel staff was very helpful. We were able to check in early because there was a room clean and available at 11am.The pool was heated and even the maintenance man went and got us towels to use. They keep the rooms and exterior of the hotel very clean. I will be using this hotel again.

This hotel was a great value for the price: free Internet, friendly staff, everything worked in the room, free in-room coffee, and a ton of cable channels.

I got a very great deal to stay for 2 nights in this hotel. Everything was just more than what my friend and I had expected. The room was very large, clean, free parking, and we got free breakfast.

I was very impressed by the service that we received during our stay there. The employees at the front desk were very pleasant and although our room was a smoking room, it was very clean and there were no intolerable odors. The best parts about this hotel is it's excellent location, we felt very safe, and it was extremely affordable.

It was a good place to stay. But the room wasn't clean when we got there. Only the beds were made and fresh towels.

Stayed for 3 days while sightseeing. Good place to sleep and clean up. No more, no less. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is tight unless you drive a compact. My daughter thought the elevator was "scary". But other than that, everything was just ok.
