“No Way Hotel”

The first room smelled like dog poo, the second room the bed squeaked and the lighting very poor.. The wifi was horribile, alot of people living here.. The hot tub and pool were nice. it was a good location..To many dogs, I seen so many, thought I was at the spca.

“staff great-maintenance issues”

Desk staff was very helpfull with dinner recomendations..Sadly the room had a few issues. (understand why coffeepot is unplugged-dont get why one bedside lamp unplugged-not microwave?which rerfused to work even after I moved stuff to plug in). shower was both hot enought & forcefull but faucet diverter hard to turn on and didnt send all water upward. lucky with location as rented car from Fox located one driveway west. very economical price. stated a business/computer station is in works hot tub spa was great.

“You get what you pay for . . .”

I chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and I had an early flight. The room was very spartan and tired-looking. The walls were so thin you could hear your neighbors and everything going on in the hallway -- including a compressor motor until late in the evening. I would not stay there again.

“Served it's purpose”

I was planning an early morning "getaway" and wanted to be close to the Ontario Airport. I also wanted a "value". I did not have high expectations, however the carpet in front of the mini fridge was soaked, the toilet leaked enough water to refill about once an hour, I had the room on the train track side and I had forgotten Ontario is the Fed Ex hub, so planes were leaving on a regular basis. Let's just say, not a restful stay, but it served it's purpose.

“Frustrating”

Stayed in the hotel from Monday night to Friday noon. Around 8:30am... got up and try to use the phone in the room...doesn't work...got down to the reception desk and inquire about the non-operational of the phone system...I was advised that it is being worked on. The following day...I checked again..it is still not working...I was advised again that technicians are working on it. Before I checked out at noon of Friday...tried to use the phone...still not working. As an icing on the cake....the elevator door will not open sometimes. So do you think I should be back on this hotel...you tell me!!!

“The Friendly Front Desk”

Check in was quick and easy and the front desk clerk was friendly and quite helpful. There were a few problems with the room however. The bathtub and sink drains were clogged, the smoke detector was yanked out of the ceiling, the cable television chanI think the best nels sucked and their pool is tiny! I think the best part of my stay was check in.

“dissatifaction”

I will never stay there again due to the presence of prostitutes in the lobby. I had 2 small children with me and it wasn't a comfortable situation for me. It was hard to find staff to get more towels for my room.

“Nice people, noisy hotel.”

Okay, so you're looking at this review and saying "Why 3?". I'll tell you. The place was clean, immaculate, friendly, comfortable but (and this is a big but) noisy. It's very close to the airport so you would expect to hear planes but the planes weren't the problem. It's the train tracks. Each night, at least 5 trains came by and they always toot the horn. There's a major road near there so they have to, I understand that, but the noise just kept waking us up, all night long. If you are a sound sleeper, I say go for it. Very comfortable bed, friendly people and a nice clean room.
