“Very Satisfied”

The check-in was smooth and the staff friendly. Parking is ample and the rooms are clean. Also, the continental breakfast was a pleasant surprise because it included freshly cooked waffles. Also, this is a random high point but I haven't even noticed this at 4-star/5-star hotels: the refrigerator in the room actually chilled the drinks. There's nothing worse than a luke warm drink so I deeply appreciated the fridge temp.

I really enjoyed my stay at Knights Inn I had surgery and needed a place to recuperate because I am homeless at the time and the place was really nice staff was really nice I read reviews after I had booked my stay and got kind of worried but I really liked the place and will go back!!!!!

the best stay i had in a long time great staff and management clean room. i like how staff cleaned the room and changed the sheets every 2 days. no bed bugs well keeped and clean bathrooms.

I thought the hotel was great the rooms are clean the staff is nice. The grounds are taken care of daily.

The only problem that I encountered with this one-night stay is that there was no fresh milk available for the compliementry breakfast cereal at 7:00 a.m.; and none arrived before I had to leave at 7:30.

Spartan, but clean, quiet and convenient choice for most destinations in the Pomona Valley.

“Get it only if you can't afford another place to stay”

It is either a Motel or maybe a Hotel with Motel quality. The pictures are nice but the rooms are lacking maintenance and are not well cleaned, the bed is not comfortable at all. I only stayed one night because it was the only option I had at the time, but couldn't wait to leave. There are better and more comfortable options in the area for just a few more bucks.

“You get what you pay for....”

I rented two rooms, the first room was for my friend. There was red hair dye all over walls. Refrigator was beat up. My friend was interested in how stained towel from hair dye got back in same room. I had pen scribbling all over door in bathroom, table, and dresser. There was paper in peep hole that had been there I do not know how long and not that is was bad, but it attention to detail. Both rooms had burn marks in carpet one was an iron the other was unexplained with it being non-smoking room.

Hotel was not in the best part of town. Kind of run down but clean.
