Area not a tourist area. However, for 100.00 the hotel recommended a travel guide which took me to LA, and allowed me to do whatever I wanted.eat,shop walk around, and visit celebrity homes. The huge mall had great deals. And restaurants in area were great. Hotel staff excellent. super friendly.

“Would stay there again”

The hotel was clean and seemed very new. The rooms was comfortable and beautifally decorated. The 42" plasma was a plus. From the moment we walked into the hotel to check in the front desk employees were very polite and accomodating. One negative about our stay was the extremely long wait for our breakfast. I complained upon check-out and the charge for the meal was removed.

The hotel was excellent in every way. Right across the street from Ontario Mills Mall. Also very close to restaurents and freeways as well as the airport. I travel to Ontario twice a year and will probably be staying at the Hyatt from now on.

Excellent Hotel & excellent spot near the Ontario Mills mall. VERY FRIENDLY & HELPFUL STAFF and the rooms were excellent too. LOVED IT. We usually stay at hiltons, but this was superb..esp with the breakfast included. Highly recommend this hotel.

“Great place to stay”

The rooms were a nice size. We especially enjoyed that the bedroom and couch area were seperated. The coffee served with the free breakfast was also very good!

“Best overnight wait for a flight ever”

The room was elegantly arranged - it felt more spacious than the square footage. Clean, very comfortable, an oasis in an otherwise hectic day. We arrived late, needed dinner, access to a computer, the staff made sure we were connected to both within minutes with a smile and the feeling that they had been waiting for us to get there and were happy to see us. Can't say enough about the staff, they were great. Noise will creep in from the corridor if it is loud enough, but it was better than other hotels we have used in the past. Short drive to the car rental if you are dropping off a car, otherwise they provide a shuttle which makes it convenient as well. On the edge of a shopping center that looked like it could have been fun to spend some hours in, in easy reach of a choice of restaurants as well. Wish Ontario's airport could reach this level of customer service, cleanliness and intelligent layout. We would definitely stay here again, and definitely recommend this to anyone else.

I had never stayed at A Hyatt Place before, upon check, which the desk person was very courteous I proceeded up to my room. The room was extremely nice and set up prefectly; the flat screen turned fso prefect for bed area as well as couch area. will definitely stay again and Hyatt place is on my list for other cities as well.
