“New and Clean”

We loved the hotel but the 'casual' atmosphere was a little too casual for our tastes. It is in a very convenient neighborhood with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. We would stay here again. Just don't go for the artwork.

“I was overly impressed and would stay there again!”

I had zero expectations staying in this hotel, but was wonderfully surprised! I loved the fitness room - best workout room I've ever used in a hotel! The room set up is so functional and breaks the typical hotel room paradigms - from the hooks and baskets in the bathroom to the table for the ironing board, etc. - so creative and useful! I also enjoyed an outstanding breakfast in the lobby cafe - so lovely! Seriously - I did not know what to expect, but was very impressed. I am now going to seek out Four Points hotels in my future travels. My only negative is that they would not let me check in 2 hours before check in time. I didn't appreciate that, and I think that policy should be more flexible especially on a slow Sunday afternoon?

“Enjoyable stay in Rancho Cucamonga”

Stayed at the Four Points Sheraton in July 2011. Not from the Rancho-Cucamonga/Ontario area but found it's location extremely convenient. Staff was warm and welcoming. Overall, excellent experience and recomend for any person needing accomodation.

“Train ALL the employees because you forgot one at the front desk”

The overall experience at the hotel was good, EXCEPT checking in. We attempted to check in at 2 pm and our room was not ready. That was fine, afterall check in is at 3 pm. We went and ate lunch and came back at 3 like directed and attempted to check in again. Again we were told our room was "about to be cleaned" and would take another 30 minutes and offered a cup of water and a seat in the lobby. After waiting another half hour and getting very impatient because we needed to get ready for a concert, I attempted to check in yet again. The guy at the counter said the room was not ready yet and I requested another room if at all possible as it was getting late and I was losing my patients. After waiting another 15 minutes while he asked someone for permission to do it, answered a couple of personal calls, and went and got himself a snack, we were able to check in. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable, and the rest of our stay was great. The other staff members I encountered were very friendly and helpful. Someone should re-train the guy at the front desk.

“Close to Ontario Airport, Great Value”

Really enjoyed my brief stay. This hotel bent over backwards to provide great service including extending my checkout since I had a late flight. This was a really comfortable hotel with a great staff. I spent some time by the pool. Great view of the mountains. Quiet location with comfortable rooms. Close to Ontario airport.

“Staff not from Nordstrom”

Hotel is great, but the staff are unpolished. I got up at 5AM wanting my wake up coffee only to find that my in room machine was broken, so I went to the lobby expecting to find coffee there as is common in most hotels. The receptionist informed me that coffee is not available until 6AM and suggested I walk to the local gas station. It was not the response I wanted, nor expected. Too bad, nice hotel, but please teach the staff a thing or two about customer service.
