“Wish I could have stayed longer.”
The room had everything I needed. I thought about not going home.
“My exploration In Chino Hills”
Nice and neat, clean and I llke the counter in the kitchen. Great location with easy access to the freeway . I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends circle.
“GCS'11”
Quiet, clean and close by to my visit. A strong recommendation on the Chino Hills area. Friendly staff eager to assist in any way needed. Close to Los Serranos Golf Club and will stay there in the future.
“Good hotel”
This was my 3rd stay at this hotel and the staff actually remembered me when I checked in.
“NOT EXCEPTIONAL. BUT MUCH BETTER THAN MOTEL 6”
OK
“Good place to stay. Good prices compared other places around this location”
Good clean place to stay. Good location close to Chino Hills Spectrum and Shoppes. Easy check-in and check-out, especially since booked with Expedia, they had everything on file. We expected the room to be slightly larger with a sitting area (as with other Extended Stay locations). It was OK for our own use since we only stayed 2 nights. Room had a bed, desk, dresser and open closet area. Kitchen area was as expected and clean. They provided coffee for both days for free, which was nice! One problem is that there were no extra pillows. Maybe since we checked-in late and due to the holidays they ran out fast. Other than these 2 things, it was great.
“Could be better!!”
The location was ok, close to the shops. We didn't understand that at this hotel chain there is no room service unless an extra fee is paid. There was also no business center for a computer and internet access and no coffee on hand which would have been good. The front desk clerk on the day shift was very helpful.
“Not Impressed”
This hotel is hidden I almost missed the exit. Even though it is close to some shopping centers I was not happy. The "suite" was small. their was no closet to put my stuff. They don't change your sheets daily or bring you new towels. The sheets had stains and the curtains had a hole. It was the worst experience ever. I made the decsion to end my trip sooner and check out a day early....
“the slum of chino”
the extended stay of chino is in the middle of nowhere, with nothing around it. the hotel was smelly and the carpet was wet and slimy all 4 days. plus, with no complementry coffee, or anything else for that matter, they also wanted 5.00 a day to change towels and soap in your room. and to top it all off, the front counter girl was on the phone everytime we walked in the lobby, gossiping with her frinds, with no tact.
“Go somewhere else!”
I went there because it is close to my friend's home, but I will never consider to go back to this or any of that brand's home! I reserved for 2 rooms with 2 double beds, but they only have one and the other is a king with sleeper. However, we have to make our own bed for the sleeper because they don't have housekeeper when we get there (10PM), and we have to go to the lobby to get sheet, pillow, etc. etc. The staff was not helpful and was rude when I told him the condition. Will never stay in this brand of hotel again!
