“Yukky!!!!!”
Carpets dirty, bathroom dirty, bed bugs...all over. The only thing that i liked was there was K mart across, burger king, chinese restaurant ( overall a small shopping centre.)
“Bellow average hotel”
Hotel room furniture was broken and dirty. Beds were unconfortable.
“The staff was great but the hotel needs updating”
As in all areas there are good and bad. Well, this hotel is just across into the bad area. The minute we walked in I knew it was a lower level place. The staff were wonderful though. We even had a problem with the lock on our door. It ended up that it broke and the manager ended up calling in the maintanence staff to repair it that same evening. They gave us a different room until we could get back into ours. The staff is very accomodating. Even though we weren't entirely satisfied, it fit our needs. The room was clean as well as the bathroom. It was a quiet place so no problems sleeping. If they could spruce it up a bit it would be much nicer.
