“Fast trip, nice bed”

Great location close to the airport, shuttle was outstanding, fast and very nice! huge hotel! I had a problem with my TV continually shutting off and my dad was unable to get his hot water to work on the second morning, we had to have his cards replaced each day as they quit working, even when we checked in by the time we got up to our room his room key didnt work. Little things... overall the staff is amazingly nice and helpful. I stay was short and sweet came in on a friday night and left on a sunday morning. Again shuttle service was the best!

“very pleased”

The staff was friendly and professional. When I was told my room was upstairs, I asked for a downstairs room instead, as I had my elderly mother with me. The girl graciously reassigned me, with a more convenient and upgraded location. The room was beautiful, clean, quiet, and dark. We slept until 9:30! I would definitely use this hotel again, and will recommend it highly.

“Smoke Filled Room”

Asked for a non-smoking room, so they removed the ashtray. Room stunk so bad it must have been a smoking room until me.

“Dress Code Policy ... huh???”

It's the Doubletree ... you can always expect a free cookie and comfy beds and for the most part we were satisfied with our stay. No problems with hotel staff, beds were comfy ... a little far from things to do ... but close to the airport. The only thing that was irritating was their "lounge policy" we couldn't get in ... we were dressed casual, but not out of the ordinary ... but they wouldn't let us in. That was ridiculous considering there are no other places to drink and relax in the area. There was a $15 cover and a 2 drink minimum for each person ... my thoughts ... if you are a guest of the hotel you should probably be able to get into the hotel bar without a cover charge and the pressure to buy anything. We would have gladly paid for drinks and probably our cover as well ... but the fact that they had a dress policy ... no flip flops?? no tennis shoes ... ummm its a hotel bar ...not a luxury club, we wanted a few drinks to relax without having to drive somewhere ... but were unable to do so ... will we stay again ... not at this hotel ...

“"Very Nice and perfect location to the airport"”

Stayed at the Double Tree for business. Received fresh, warm cookies at check-in and room was ready at noon. Close access to freeways and the Ontario Airport. Hotel bar "Misty's" was a suprise and a good time. Room was clean and there was plenty of parking. Very Nice!

Nightlife
Misty nightclub was a fun time.
