“good value”

Pleasant reception staff. Room was larger than we expected, complete with sofa, microwave and fridge. Only stayed for one night prior to a seminar locally, and found the bed sagged in the middle; which coupled with the overstuffed pillows didn't bode well for the good night's sleep we were hoping for. Would stay again though as the room was generally good and the location good for our purpose. But would go armed with our own pillows and lumbar supports for the mattress.

“Great Value Close to ONT”

Nice property. Recently renovated and very clean. Only down-side is the jet noise from ONT which doesn't get started until around 6:00 which is when I get up anyway. I'll stay there again.

“Not unless you have no other choice”

This hotel needs some renovations and softer mattresses. I've had better sleep at Quality Inns. During the daytime, the sun is very visible from the inside of the room, around the complete frame of the door when it's shut. The room I stayed in had fire proofing wedged (stuffed) between the door so that it could expand in order for the safety latch to reach the door frame. I must have been placed on the third floor with a bunch of noisy people because in the morning, I woke up to every footstep, and conversation of anyone who passed my room door...and it was closed. I would not waste my time or money here. Look elsewhere.

“Not into customer service.”

The phone did not work and the outlet on a far wall did not work so if you wanted to read or use your laptop you had to sit away from the lights. My daughter and I stayed 4 nights after the second night the staff stopped cleaning the room and stopped bringing towels we had to walk to the office to ask for them, WHY WALK? Did I mention the phone in the roon did not work. They were going to move us but we did not want to face a hall wall so we went with out a phone and lights and towles etc. I spent a lot of money on this hotel I could have saved money and stayed at a Motel 6.

“Great deal for a great stay!”

I received a great deal when staying at this Best Western Plus for only 3 nights. The staff was friendly and checked in to ensure everything was satisfactory. The full, hot breakfast was great to have every morning. All in all it was a wonderful experience for the price and I will definitely be checking in here again, when I am in the area.

“Nice modest hotel”

Very clean. The fridge and microwave are nice to have along with the coffee in the room. Only negative was the noise, we were by a stairway and the kids ran up and down also pool area was noisy. Nice Hotel and great price

“A definate spot to stay in So Cal”

This was our second stay. We really enjoyed our stay and will definately stay again. The room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep and relax. Breakfast consisted of hot and cold choices. Plenty to go around - constantly restocking -even on a busy holiday weekend.
