We stayed for one night and it was great. The room was clean. They also provide free breakfast which is nice. Definitely would stay here again.

Nice place to stay but i hate when they advertise a jacuzzi and a heated pool and then when you get there "it's broken".

This hotel was very nice, clean & the staff was pleasant. The rooms were very spacious and had everything you needed. The area is nice and has a lot of places around where you can walk to. The beds were comfortable too!!

The front desk lady forgot to put me down for a 6:30 am airport shuttle!!!! Inexcusable! I am grateful to the lady at the desk when I went down to catch the shuttle being sure that a shuttle was available to me in just a few minutes but the woman at check in should be reprimanded. Also, when I got in at 10 pm after a 7 hr delay due to airline there were NO healthy snacks or food available. There should at least be a small snack bar with drinks & maybe fruit available at all times as in most 3 star hotels. The room seemed very clean & comfortable.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience. I am pleased to hear the room was clean and comfortable. I am so sorry to hear that you experienced a 7 hour delay with your airline which caused you to get in so late, airline travel is not what it used to be anymore. I am sorry the hotel doesn’t offer a restaurant within our building. However, all local restaurants offer food delivery services and we also offer Order Inn, which offers food delivery and the information located as a QR code at the desk in each of our guest rooms. Our apologize for the error in logging your shuttle, upon investigation our team member did write you down for a 630am. However, she accidentally wrote it on our shuttle log for your arrival date, not your departure date. We have never had this type of error with this team member and we will review it with her. I was pleased to see that there was no delay in our shuttle and our driver was able to take you at the time you had requested and I hope you had a safe and uneventful trip.

Stayed overnight to attend a show at the Toyota arena, it was about a 15-20 minute walk. Hotel room was spacious and clean Bathroom had a nice loud fan and big shower Breakfast was basic as was complimentary, not much variety- eggs potatoes meat and cereal, no frills. Not many places open for breakfast in the area but TONS of spots for lunch and dinner. Right next to a HUGE indoor mall. overall would stay again.

Once I realized I can enter the property off of Milliken, I was goood. I love my overall stay and the breakfast. The lady serving breakfast English es broken, but she had us laughing. Her spirit was beautiful and uplifting.

Really enjoyed a quick night at Ayres before my flight home the next morning. Rooms are spacious and cover all bases. Full breakfast in the morning was delicious too

I just figure for paying 200 bucks a night. That it would definitely not have a bunch of crack walls and unfinished floorboards and you can hear when someone close their door very well from your door or even if someone was walking outside. But the buffet was nice. I think if it was a fire in the hotel that someone in the elevator would be in serious trouble because they have a lot of coating inside of the elevator I'm pretty sure that it's would not be suitable for safety

We really liked the beautiful entrance & the staff was very polite & helpful. The "happy hour" food wasn't what we needex so we did not eat then. The room was very nice & we enjoyed our stay.

Everything was very nice, clean facility, polite staff. Only complaint no water in my room and no place on premises to purchase water or snacks except the vending machine which was EXTREMELY overpriced.
