“A ncie surprise”

This hotel is very well managed and very clean. The atmosphere is friendly & welcoming. We enjoyed the outdoor area so much! Beautiful plants, nice patio furniture (maybe cushions would be alittle more comfortable), and a feeling of an European garden. The only negative side was that the lounge did not stay open very late. If in the area, would stay again.

“Hotel Good, Food Bad”

This hotel was clean, well run, comfortable, and beautiful. The only downside was that the complimentary breakfast, while hot, was not very tasty.

“Great Hotel”

I have never stayed in a bad Ayres Hotel. This one is no different. It is a nice and comfortable place to stay. Although the breakfast left much to be desired. There was a chef, but all of the food was pre-made...no fresh omelettes. And there was a 2-pancake limit.

“Nice”

If I had one complaint, it would be that it took 30 minutes for the shuttle driver to pick us up from the airport from the time we called. Since this is a free service, I cant really complain. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was extremely accommodating. Every member of the staff that I interacted with was courteous and professional, which unfortunately seems to be a rarity in todays world.

“Exceptionally Nice”

The hotel was very impressive. Great atmosphere. Terrific value. Near the airport with on call shuttle. Would have expected to pay much more. Lots of free food and drinks at arrival and departure breakfast. Eggs cooked to order. The hotel looks like it's new. I plan to stay at the Ayers Hotel anytime I fly out from Ontario California. Recommend it with enthusiasm.

This was our first time staying here and all I can say is, Love it!!!! The beds are soo comfortable, the staff are very friendly & the rooms are spacious.. We will definitely book this hotel chain again.

This hotel takes care of all your needs: free shuttle from airport, complementary breakfast, parking, iron/board, fridge/microwave. pooly/hot tub etc. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. All this at a low price.

“Convenient to airport & nice facility”

Close to airport; easy access to highway. Places nearby to eat. Liked the double room with divide; saved fighting between our two teenage children. We were there to visit the nearby Claremont McKenna colleges.
