“This place is awesome”

I was very impressed with the room it was quiet and very comfortable and had all the amenites you need. The restaurant was good and very inexpensive and the free breakfast was great would highly recommend to anyone staying in this area and the Mall was amazing I had been their several years ago and it has so many stores you have to go. thank you

“Beautiful Hotel near Ontario Airport”

Pleasantly surprised, Very nice hotel near airport. Great breakfast (except didn't care for the bacon) Loved the jetted tub in the room and the wall that separated the bed area and sofa area, we used the airport transportation as well and they promptly drove us to the airport at the designated time, however pick up was a little slower the wait was maybe a half hour and that was after i called a second time. Overall we were very satisfied and impressed with the hotel and staff

“Very convenient to convention center”

Reserved one room with 2 queen beds....the room had 1 bed....because it was only one night, we opted not to change it, so not sure if another room was available or not.....the expedia review said all rooms had jetted tubs; room did not have, but it was of little importance. Courtyard grill was quite adequate and reasonably priced for our evening meal.

“2nd home! : )”

We have a daughter that was invited to visit Claremont McKenna College in Claremont just 7 miles from the hotel. It was perfect! the rooms are very spacious & clean and the garden & pool was perfect! With the hope that my daughter gets into that college, this will definetely be our second home. Highly recommended!!!! : ) ENJOY YOUR STAY. : )

Area recommendations

For us....We loved the Claremont Village. Boy does that take ya back about fifty years. Great old shops, very personable, and people very nice. Highly recommend! : )

“Love it!!!!”

This was our first time staying here and all I can say is, Love it!!!! The beds are soo comfortable, the staff are very friendly & the rooms are spacious.. We will definitely book this hotel chain again.

“great room for a good price”

Stayed at this hotel before a flight from Ontario Airport and the location was convenient. Room was beautiful and clean, Confortable bed and nice decor. Unexpected Jaccuzzi tub! Lots of restaurants close by, and a continental breakfast at 4am (had an early flight. Great value!!

“Surprising Nice!”

This hotel is a diamond in the ruff. The room was really nice and fairly inexpensive. Not in the best area to walk around, but really convenient to the airport and the convention center.

Get out of Ontario & head over to Rancho Cucamonga for the outlet mall "Ontario Mills" & the new outdoor mall "Victoria Gardens"

“Loud airport and train noise.”

Overall the hotel was nicely appointed but it needs a thorough cleaning. The carpets were stained and the room was dusty. We did have a problem sleeping. The hotel is very close to the airport and a train line. Convenient but loud; could do with a lot more sound proofing. We got a good rate through Expedia but not sure we'd stay at an Ayres again.

“Dissatisfied customer”

Every day something was not working in the room, when we checked in it was a game ordering (we were traveling with a six year old and not having access to games was a problem). Next day the air conditioner and coffee maker stopped working. Furthermore, one of the reasons for this travel was to take a FYLSE and the morning of the exam, there was no hot water in the shower. I am dissatisfied with this hotel and will not likely to stay there again. Galina
