“Wouldn't go back”

The service was great but there are no elevators so you have to lug your luggage up the stairs. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. Our room was clean and the staff were friendly but we would not return to this hotel.

“My hotel of choice whenever I visit California !!!”

I was very impressed from the time I walked in the front doors and into the lobby area. The hotel is very clean, quiet and every request I made was done immediately. Made my stay feel like I was royalty. The complimentary breakfast was amazing and the staff very knowledgable courteous and professional. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of me . I WILL RETURN ..... Only for a longer period

“disappointment at the ayers”

We were disappointed that we weren't told ahead of time that the pool and spa wouldn't be in working order. It was closed, and there wasn't any water in either the pool or spa. If we would have known that, we would have booked at another location.l I feel that Expedia should have informed us of that ahead of time.

“A very relaxing place!!”

I want to say that the staff is GREAT!!! Sonia at the front desk was very helpful,love her sense of humor. The room was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting by the pool and hot tub ,relaxing !! They included breakfast and made it extra special .The time we spent there went super fast !! LOVED IT !! We will be back as soon as we can. THANK YOU !!

“Ayres cares!”

Absolutely a great place to stay. Breakfast in the morning is excellent! Got a free drink for each day's stay at their partner hotel next door. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was very polite and helpful.

“Decent Hotel for the Price”

Nice Hotel near the airport. Their sister property next door has a small bar and grill and we received a voucher for a free well drink. Overall a decent place for a quick overnight stay.
