“Highly Recommended”
Great central location and has a restaurant/bar in the adjacent parking lot. Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable room with a competitive price. Would definitely stay there again.

There was a new hotel next door, but we wanted to stay with a old favorite. If it is not broke don't fix it!

We stayed two days and found it to be very relaxing. Finding a hotel in a small town that is so inviting is rare.

Only stayed one night, but the clean room was quiet and comfortable. Hotel employees are very polite and helpful. Wish they had a free breakfast rather than a mere continental breakfast.....but it was not advertised as such either.
“Not fancy, but homey. Wonderful people (really!), no elevator”
This isn't a Hilton or Waldorf, but it's very comfy and home-like. The people are wonderful and treat you as if you were a neightbor. It's not an act; it's genuine. It's just who they are. There are only two floors, but no elevator. This was not a problem for me, but it might be for some. The stairs were gentle, not steep. The breakfasts were something to look forward to. They had the usual offerings (not a huge spread, but okay) but they had at least one unique item among the usual offerings. One day that was Belgian waffles (you toasted to reheat) with strawberry toppings and whipped cream. Yummm! I've stayed in Omak a handful of times. This town is so tiny there are only three hotels: one is 30% higher, the other is 20% lower. I won't stay in the lower one. Won't. There is nothing to be gained by staying in the more expensive one. It's not worth the increase in money.
“Omak”
Omak is not a beautiful town. But, if you need a place to stay, this one is good.

Have stayed here many times....like the friendly staff, they make us feel welcome. Rooms are clean and comfortable and enjoy the breakfasts.
