Broken tile in bathroom, stains on the carpet and couch, the fold out bed in the couch both ends were broken. Was unsafe for my toddler to sleep on.

The room key machine did not work, the tvs would not change channels, and there were big stains all over the carpet. I paid full price just to not even be able to get into the pool, fitness center, or even my room.

We were here for a concert, first time staying at this hotel. Really enjoyed, for sure we would stay there again. Front desk reception lady was very nice, first room we got bathroom sink had issues.. call front desk let them know, we came down and got changed to another room right away. Room was nice and clean, breakfast was very good and tasty too, also great service at breakfast!

Breakfast was fantastic, lots of options, fresh fruit, amazing scones, etc Pool and pool area clean. Nice esthetic- indoor and outdoor fireplaces. Movie room was cool, but chairs were broken and the area itself was dirty and unorganized; popcorn machine out of popcorn which is fine but took away from the overall experience. Suite rooms decent in size but room and couches/chairs dirty. Beds were extremely worn and very uncomfortable. Overall, for the price it was fair but had hoped for and expected it to be a bit more clean and comfortable. They did have remodel signs up so hopefully that includes all the rooms and furniture. If so, we would come back.

I left something in my room called the hotel back within two hours room was not reassigned but th front desk girl who answered the phone was too busy to run up and look and said housekeeping hadn’t found anything. That place was dead when I left there and this was middle of the afternoon. Bad customer service it was definitely in my room and someone took it!! Her tone was I sincerely yea it’s not there. I even told them exactly where it was. Frustrating I stay there for work all the time. Their turnover is constant. Used to be great staff and always helpful.

We had a super late check-in due to a delayed flight. But the gal was so nice and wonderful. Super easy! Breakfast was also top rate. recommend.

Front desk person was very helpful & did a wonderful job. The property was very clean & comfortable. I was awoken at 8am to what sounded like construction going on the floor above me. But overall I enjoyed my stay.

Booked a suite with 2 bathrooms 2 bedrooms ( 1 king bed and 2 queen beds). They offer it with a kitchenette which is nice and convenient as well. It has everything you need fridge microwave and stove. It was ok for a nights stay but I wouldn’t stay more than that. The Beds aren’t very comfy, pretty warm annd squeak when you get in annd out of them. The hotel could some updating. The hallway smells and the rooms didn’t have a very fresh welcoming scent. Receptionist was helpful and made check in a breeze.

Construction crew partied outside my window at night . Left doors open and hallways cold so they could smoke or get back inside . Especially people who are using this place for cancer treatment and the children’s hospital .

I’ve been staying here for four years when I come to Omaha for work but the overall Cleanliness of the facility from elevators to hallways to seating in the commons are are dirty and moreso all the time. Quality of breakfast is hit and miss used to be consistently good.

Not pet owner friendly. $50 a night.
The hotel was great. We thought we had found our new stop on our frequent travels through Omaha. When we checked in they said there was no fee for our dog. When we complemented them the next day in their pet friendly policy, they said that was mistake. Their policy is 50 dollars night!!! That is definitely not pet owner friendly.

Love this place ! When I got there my room that was booked was over booked , they gave me a bigger room fo the same price ! My family came over to visit and we were able to have a great time ! Thankyou for all the memories I hold dear ! I will return to this place each time I go back home

I will be staying here again for future appointments. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable and rooms are very clean. They offer a nice breakfast with several options and everything was fresh and hot. The only complaint was from my kids because the pool was closed during our stay.

Stay there a lot but depending who’s cooking for the weekends it’s not been very good in recent weeks. Same food served for breakfast days in a row, run out of items, hot food is barely warm. The breakfast used to be outstanding. Probably will look for somewhere else to stay after 4 years of staying here several times a month for work. Front desk is always very helpful and nice staff though.

Pros The hotel is clean and located in a nice area near downtown, parking is free, rooms are super clean and spacious. Cons the elevator was broke and I had to carry a ton of stuff down from the top floor, the fridge in the room was super loud and went off every hour or so. I didn’t see or use the pool or have breakfast so can’t help with that.

Excellent staff on every level! A little difficult to find at night partially due to road construction. Nice breakfast and afternoon food. Comfortable and clean but showing a little wear. We will definitely stay here again.

Not clean, very uncomfortable.
Room was very dirty, including used bandaid on the floor and when we pulled out the hideabed, there were toys and crumbs in it, so someone clearly hadnt cleaned it. The regular beds had rock hard mattresses and the hideabed had about a 1" mattress, and could feel the springs through it. Very disappointed, we stayed there to get a good night sleep before my duaghter had surgery early the next morning and that was pretty hard to do. Ive stayed in these before and expected a similar level of quality, but very underwhelmed.

Called earlier in the day and inquired about prices for room and indoor pool. I paid online after the phone call and when I got there I sled about pool hours after I paid they told me it was not working. So it was very upsetting because that was the only reason I chose this location for a stay

Unsafe Situation
The clerk who checked us in, Lisa, stated multiple times that she was tired and that her brain wasn’t working. She gave us keys to Room 134. When we got to the door, we thought someone might be inside because we thought we heard a tv but no one answered so we opened the door with our key card, and SOMEONE ELSE WAS INSIDE! We apologized and went back to the front desk. The same clerk thought it was funny that this had happened, saying things like “at least it wasn’t a couple” and “if it happens again, just tell them to scoot over.” She wasn’t at all apologetic and didn’t seem to understand the huge safety risk this had caused to both us and the other person. We felt so unsafe we pushed furniture in front of our door when we finally got to a new room. We don’t understand how the system allowed two people to be registered to the same room, but this is very concerning. Also breakfast was supposed to be served at 7 but at 7:01 breakfast wasn’t fully set up and we had to go.
