“i'm sure we saved alot of money, and plan 2 return”

super comfortable bed! i think we had a VERY unused room tho. i found a couple of flies laying around on the ground and in the window sills. i didn't know there was a breakfast, and we found that as we checked out. decent variety. for a quick find and location (right off the interstate) this was a SUPER deal! :) definately looks like the rooms run alot more than what expeida helped us pay for! :) thanks!! :) OH, and we found out they have a pool as we were leaving too, so, we're planning another trip to that hotel sometime! :)

“Great place to stay!”

My husband and I stayed for a couple of days and had a great time. The hotel is very clean and the service can't be beat. Each staff member we talked to was friendly and helpful, they suggested places to eat and what to do & see while we were in town. My company is planning on having a meeting in Omaha, I am definitely going to put in my 2 cents worth and tell them we should have it at this hotel! Thanks!

“Good Stay”

This hotel has been a pleasure to stay at and met our expectations in every way. The rooms are clean and well provided for, the housekeeping staff was also very friendly. I was most happy with the bathroom in our room, as the last couple hotels we've stayed on during our trip have been lacking in that area. The front desk staff was friendly & professional, and the breakfast was very nice compared to other continental breakfasts - seems like usually you get a cup of coffee and a dry muffin. It even had a fancy pancake making machine. The pool was small but clean & well maintained. On a couple other reviews I read people complained out this hotel being "out there". While it's not near downtown Omaha, it's a great location (for us, it was nearby the funeral we were attending) in that there are a lot of great restaurants nearby and plenty of shopping - including a Target and Walmart across the street which we found very convenient for picking up necessities really quick. If we're back in Omaha anytime soon we'll definitely return back to this hotel.

“Very Impressive”

My Gramma is even tougher to please than I am (& less likely to let you know when she IS satisfied), so if my Gramma gives her seal of approval, you know it's a good thing. My Gramma, Mom, Fiance, & I attended a graduation & to save $, shared travel & lodging expenses. When I called this Caro Hotel to get some info I spoke with Carla who was AMAZING. Four people in a room with 2 beds was no problem & no extra charge. On hearing that my Gramma is wheelchair bound, Carla immediately offered to (for free) upgrade to a 'deluxe room' (more floorspace for easier maneuverability) close to the lobby, & she also asked about AAA & AARP memberships for additional savings.. Carla was so helpful that I booked the room despite having 3 other places that I planned to check out. When we arrived the gentleman clerk was polite & helpful. There is a Famous Daves restaurant , Walmart, Target, and other stores with-in a blocks from the hotel. Room was blessedly quiet . We talked to the clerk on the way back from supper. There also is a computer set up in a niche of the lobby for guest's use. The free 'hearty breakfast' is indeed hearty! Waffles, biscuits & gravy, cereal, donuts, fruit, bagels & cream cheese, yogurt, oj, milk, coffee...I feel like I'm forgetting something, but that is enough right there-and it was all DELICIOUS! Check-out was easy & directions from the hotel were easy to follow .

“Nice hotel!”

This was my 3rd time that I've stayed at this hotel. The room was great! Very clean. Coffee maker in the room. The only thing I didn't like about this stay was there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room, unlike the first 2 times when there was. Would have been nice to keep cold drinks. Otherwise great! Good breakfast too!

“Our Place To Stay When In Omaha/Concil Bluffs””

We brought our daughter and her two children here for the weekend. The staff was very friendly helpful and professional. There were 6 teenage boys whose horseplay just kept escalating even as families with small children were arriving at the pool. They were reported and the front desk clerk came in and told the boys that they needed to settle down. They began arguing with her and then proceeded to curse at her, at which time she told them they need to leave the pool area (she kept her cool all during this abuse). When she left she informed the manager and he was watching as one of the boys jumped back into the pool and cannon-balled a big splash on to the women that had reported them to the clerk. The manager promptly escorted the boys to their rooms. The room was clean with one little problem with a broken outlet cover but it was fixed within 10 minutes of my reporting it. Easy location to get to and very close to the zoo. Our 5 year old grand daughter loved pool. The design of the room was wonderful with the connecting room giving some privacy yet letting us all be together without going from room to room. The breakfast was one of the best that we have ever had. The lady that kept the area was very friendly and made sure everything was full.

“Pool, Breakfast, Cheap”

I liked the hearty meal in the morning given freely. I liked the pool area being stocked with towels. I liked my room being clean and spacious. More than anything, I liked a staff that was attentive to my needs. What I'm trying to say is that I liked my stay here and you would too.

Nice, clean, very friendly. We stayed 3 nights and all staff encountered were friendly. Nice size room and comfy bed and pillows. We had a remote that died and were given batteries very quickly to remedy the situation. Good internet connection as well. Easy access to the freeway and interstate 80. Couldn't complain about anything. I would definately recommend this hotel to friends and family. The staff was very accomodating, the breakfast exceeded expectations, and the location off the interstate was very convenient. The rooms were also very comfortable, clean and well-maintained. This was a true hidden gem. upon check-in, to needs through out stay, and check out, we were never displeased. the staff at this property was extremely helpful & friendly. the room itself was very nice . if you're in the area, definately check out this property. you'll be pleasently surprised!
