“Excellent Stay”

The Olympic Lodge was our last stop after driving from Seattle to Forks and La Push to hike in the Hoh Rainforest and it was an excellent hotel. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the room was large and quiet. The staff was very friendly at check-in and the lobby is really pretty. I wanted to stay closer to the downtown area, but for the price of the room the Olympic Lodge was really worth the short drive.

Stayed September 26-28, 2009 which was during fall season. Excellent accomodations with free soup/sandwich/cookies during weeknights during this time of year. Would stay again without hesitation.

The lodge is a few miles from the main downtown area, but I would definitely stay there again. The outstanding quality of the facility and staff make this lodge and excellent choice.

We loved this place. Great location, quiet comfortable room, gorgeous lobby with a big fire in the hearth. Beautiful gardens and fountains. Friendly, helpful, staff, very knowledgeable about local sights, activities, restauraunts, etc. If we ever return to the area that's where we are staying.

“Best Place to Stay in Port Angeles”

We live in Kingston, Washington only 64 miles from Port Angeles. We wanted to explore the Port Angeles area. The Olympic Lodge is everything and more than we read about, and the pictures we looked at. The rooms are very clean, and inviting when you return after a day of sightseeing. We chose a King size bed, and by doing that, you will get a beautiful view of the golf course. The pool and hot tub are very well-maintained. There is an exercise room, and the great room when you enter the lodge has a huge fireplace, with many many overstuffed leather chairs and couches to relax in the relaxing atmosphere. There is a breakfast cafe also. The employees were very friendly and helpful in every way. We plan to return to this area this summer, and are glad we have a great place to stay.

“Great place to stay”

Beautiful hotel. Nice lobby, nice staff very comfortable room. Very close to one of the entrances to the park. Stayed two nights but in hindsight should have booked another hotel further out on the peninsula as the time it took to ride back each night did not allow us to get to the western and southwestern parts of the park. No reflection on the hotel it was very nice and comfortable.

Best Port Angeles hotel that we've stayed in. Last year, we chose a different "national brand" hotel and said we wouldn't stay there again. So, we gave the Olympic Lodge a try this time. It was a family trip for a basketball tournament. We were pleasantly surprised at the quietness of the hotel considering there were several middle-school aged teams staying during this same time. Extremely clean, large rooms and a nice outdoor pool. Will definitely stay at the Olympic Lodge again.

All in all our trip was very nice. Front desk reception was very polite and professional. Our room was clean, comfortable and faced the golf course! The pool and hot tub was also GREAT!!! Thanks for hosting such great accommodations!
