“Close to I-5”
Close to I-5 and bus route, accommodating, took credit card reservations over the phone through expedia. Most nearby hotels did not do that.
“Good location”
Hotel was easy to find, next to freeway, quiet. The staff was helpful and friendly, the breakfast was great (hot and cold food, many choices). Close to restaurants and grocery shops.
“Can't wait to go back”
It was by far the best hotel I've stayed in, and I've been in plenty of hotels before. There is plenty to do in the Lacey area and I love the free breakfast. If you don't want to spend too much but you want to be comfortable then this is definitely the place to stay.
“Would stay again”
Nice comfortable clean room and the staff was very friendly. My room was clean but old and the carpet was very worn. The upkeep could have been better. My room was very cold and the heating was hard to control. The traffice noise unfortunately was noisy. Other than that my stay was great and for the price I would stay there again.
“very nice place to stay and relax”
It was easy to get to and from it, quiet & clean room. The free breakfast was very good. The personnel were very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.
“Use it again”
The place was well situated and easy to find. After a long drive of 11 hours you don't want to spend a lot of time looking for your hotel so yes it was easy to find and very comfortable. Lot of good restuarants around for a good meal so yes I enjoyed it immensely.

It was a decent hotel with a good breakfast that was close to Olympia.
“Comfortable enough”
Room was comfortable though close to Interstate 5 and automobile noise. I used earplugs and that worked fine for me. Room was clean. We were allowed to check in early. They allowed us to bring our pets into the room for the night. They put out an excellent complimentary breakfast in the morning. Easy access from freeway.
“need to know some things on-line before booking”
Something I've never been able to find out on-line is if the a/c-heater unit has a constant on cycle. Without this feature it tends to wake us up as the cycle switches on or off. This motel did not have this and I slept very poorly the entire week. I'd also like to know, on-line, if there's more sitting space than just a table and chair. Something like a small couch or easy chairs would make it possible to spend more time "living" in the room.
“It was OK”
The Quality Inn & Suites in Lacey was a fine hotel for the money. The staff was super nice, the breakfast was the usual fair with waffle mix, biscuits & gravy, fruit, cereal, etc. The rooms are worn, the bathroom could have been cleaner. It's right on the Interstate which was nice for access but a little noisy. Overall, I was there on business and will stay there again when I go back.
