"A great little house like hotel."
A traditional Thai house that has been turned into a hotel. When you stay here, you feel like you are staying in a house. It's also got a great location, right in the middle of the sites downtown. Very friendly staff too.

"Good accommodation."
Well located in a lively area. Hotel is clean and comfortable with an excellent staff. John was particularly helpful to us. Good accommodation and friendly, helpful staff. John was particularly helpful in helping us plan our move on. A nightclub in the building means a bit of noise for some rooms, but nothing too bad. A pleasant stay. would use the Buddy Lodge again.

"Excellent hotel. Jacuzzi in room!"
Amazing hotel for the last stop before flight home. Recommended by a friend and it was a great idea. I too can now recommend to others. Amazing staff, understand English, Taxis can be ordered from reception and then they are ALWAYS on the meter so they don't have chance to rip the English off! Great to walk to everything. 10 minutes til Khao San Road and the Rambuttri Road is better. Cold pool outside on level 6. Breakfast is amazing selection. Very posh and lovely well lit.

Staff were very warm and helpful. They ask about your departure flight even upon arrival and organize transport. Very helpful with directions. The room is basic but clean and comfortable. Location is walking distance to the river and local markets.

Old Town - Khao San Hotels Guide

Unsurprisingly, the Old City, or Ko Rattanakosin, is packed with treasures and history. High on any sightseeing list should be the striking Grand Palace, which incorporates Thailand’s most sacred site, the Temple of the Emerald Buddha (don’t forget to dress modestly and cover feet). Also recommended are the National Museum and Temple of the Reclining Buddha (Wat Pho), which is 150 feet (46 meters) long and set on 20 acres.
