"Hotel: The hotel itself was absolutely fine. Clean, modern and generally very pleasant. Check-in: The lady at the check-in was rude and seemed like she did not want to be there. She constantly interrupted me when I asked about the parking reservation that I had made, she went on about the breakfast that I didn’t reserve and was generally very unfriendly to deal with. She also told me I didn’t have a booking until she actually read my German ID card properly. This was not what I needed after such a long drive and certainly not what I would expect from front office staff at a four star hotel.
