Early check in was nice. We only stayed at hotel for less than 12 hours. Other guests were loud at 2am.

The rooms were clean and tidy. The grounds, spectacular and manicured to perfection 👌 The staff are the ones who make the stay brilliant. They are friendly, accommodating, go above and beyond...i did not see one of the staff without a smile on their face. What a great stay, we will definitely be back!

Outside good, inside not so
The outside areas are amazing. The rooms however are so dated. Beds give back ache, had problems getting the sofa bad out as it lokks about 20 years old. But, the staff were really friendly

It was quiet, you had lunch and dinner available on the property ( I didnt eat there so can not say of it was good or not). Stayed here as family live not far, was in a convenient location. There was lots of parking but only limited parking close to accomodation building. I was in an upstair room, had to take my suitcase up a flight of stairs as no lift that I could see (lucky im capable).

The only issue we had with this booking was how long it took for the person checking us in to : 1. stop what he was doing and serve us 2. initially couldn't find our booking and was suggesting tht we had not made one, took nearly 40 minutes to get checked in and after a 5 hr drive we were exhausted and having to go through this was a little too much

We spent one night here and found the room quiet and comfortable. The surrounding grounds were lovely with lawns and large trees. There is a supermarket a few metres away if needed, and plenty of parking on the premises. It was convenient having a restaurant on the premises where we enjoyed dinner.

The outdoor areas were really nice. The resort seems to be used for emergency housing so there were people sitting around drinking and smoking outside rooms. Not a very enjoyable stay
