"characterful hotel in the heart of old Quebec"
The bedroom/bathroom arrangement might not suit everyone, with the freestanding bath in the bedroom itself, but there is a good shower as an alternative. It would have been helpful if the receptionists had told us how difficult it would be to find a restaurant table at peek times in the evening but all in all a modern gem in a perfect spot.

"Great location in historic Old Quebec"
Staff was great. Very accommodating. They stored our luggage for several hours until our room was available, at no charge. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Free wi-fi, who doesn't love that? An overall great experience. If I am ever in Quebec again, I would definitely choose the Hotel Clarendon.

"Famous for good reasons."
Several different wings built over the years. Checkin was crowded with cruise ship pax, but desk staff was friendly and worked to get a room that more than meet my needs and expectations.

"Fantastique"
