"Can't wait to go again!"
Perfect if traveling with kids, go from the beach, to the pool, to the hot tub, then to your room! Table in the room folded down to make more room if needed and was great to have a big fridge, stove/oven and microwave. Front desk was great and there was plenty of Green Mt. Coffee Roasters! Oh! And beach chairs and beach towels, a huge plus:-)

Didn't see staff only at check in. Was an ok place. My only problem was couldn't get coffee till 8 am. I am an early riser. There are coffee pots in room but to get all the supplies for a weekend stay wasn't what I wanted to do.

"You get what you pay for."
Not a bad little hotel, if you are just looking for a place to sleep. The room was clean, and recently updated, new Ac unit, flat screen TV, not bad. The bad stuff was outside the hotel room, the lights along the outside of the hotel room attracted lots of bugs, so you kind of had to fight thorough those. The stairwells were smelly, and need a little updating. But at $117 per night, you get what you pay for. It was worth the money.

"Great place, close to everything!"
We stayed for Columbus Day weekend. It was very enjoyable. The front desk staff was kind and friendly. And the housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative part was our stay was too short! We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends that visit Old Orchard beach. And will definitely stay here the next time we come for a visit. :)

"Wonderful inn located in beautiful place"
My wife and I had heard great things a pure beauty of Maine. Those things were validated on this trip. The drive to Portland was quick and easy. Portland is one of the most amazing small cities I've been to, beautiful! The hotel was very reasonable pricewise and worked hard to accommodate our late arrival. We will be making a trip here again and next time will likely stay a full week and not just two nights. Amazing place and staff.

"Decent Hotel close to beach and Pier area."
This hotel was fine, as long as you set your expectations at the right level. I was not expecting much. Just a place to sleep, shower, close to the beach and pier area. Room was clean, bed was fine. Bathroom was old, but clean. Train runs about 20-30 feet from back of hotel and you definitely know when it goes by. People at other hotels in same area hear it too though. Not unique to this hotel. The only problem we had was parking. Hotel was sold out the night we stayed and there must be more rooms than parking places. Hotel clerk had to give us $20 so we could park in private lot next door. Had to make arrangements with the parking attendant so our car would not get towed. This could have turned into a big deal, but luckily it did not.

"Great spot, right on the beach"
We really enjoyed our stay. Usually we stay north of the pier, but found the Sea Cliff while searching online and would stay there again in the future. It's right on the beach, had a nice pool/hot tub and was in a good location in terms of not being too far from all the shops, but far enough away that it was never to noisy/congested either.
