The hotel was in need of a little renovation and some upgrades.

Close to highway

Pros: decent rates
Cons: Get new management & front desk clerks.
The hotel staff lacked customer service. No one said hello, how can I help you, or even good-bye. They wouldn't even make eye contact or smile. Miserable group of people working there.

The room was comfortable and clean! They do need to update the televisions, it was hard to see the scores of the ballgame I was watching cause it was cut off in the corner of the old TV.

The mall the hotel is near is all closed except one store that will close later this year One day, housekeeping did not come at all. One small trash can was over flowing, And the bed unmade As we came and went, no one at the front desk acknowledged us with a smile Or greeting.

Great retreat after a long day>

Close to many things to see and go do but far enough away from the rat race of the city.

The location was convenient for our activities.

Posted 19-Jun-2015
Pros: For us it was at the right place at the right time. The price of the room was good also.
Cons: I can't think of a specific thing that was amiss.
Location: In the half day that we had free we went to Bonner Springs to see how they make marbles and to the National Agriculture Museum.
We were in town for a wedding. The location was close to the site. Our room gave us two quiet and pleasant nights of sleep.

Excellent for a budget hotel.

Posted 14-Jun-2015
Pros: Comfortable bed and clean rooms.
Cons: The doors, except the main entrance, are locked after 9pm, but there are no electronic locks to use to enter. Adding this feature would be nice.
Location: It is in a quiet area but close to everything in Olathe.
I rated this hotel base on what it is. It is not meant to be a luxurious hotel. It is one of the cheaper priced hotels in the area, but for the price you get a clean room with a comfortable bed. The room was a good size and had everything needed to have a good stay. I enjoyed my time there and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable place at a reasonable price.

Stay away

Posted 13-Jun-2015
The first they gave the beds were sitting just on the floor. I went to call the desk no phone in the room. The inside lock was broke off of the door. There was toenail clippings all over the floor between the beds. Moved to a different room the toilet ran over everyte you used it. Like I said STAY AWAY!!!! By the way the indoor heated pool was ice cold.
