It was not clean. Property outside is in bad shape. It is not a pleasant place to stay. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The room we stayed in wasn't clean. We got the room because of the in-door pool but the pool not up to par by my standards.

Great service and pretty good stay for the price. Drainage wasn’t the best for sink and shower but that was the only downside. Bed was comfy and clean for the most part

Something is definitely going on in this hotel. Some areas are nice and others are run down. I stayed here several times a year ago and the property hasn’t been maintained well I would stay again but one more year from now I wouldn’t if it continues to decline.

Dirty! Dirty! Hairdryer didn’t work. Changed rooms & still dirty! Bed was worn out!! Things need updated! Both showers/tubs filled with water! Gross!

Our first room was still being cleaned when we arrived. They immediately gave us another after we asked but it was inundated with the smell of bleach. The two kids that checked us in weren't very friendly but the gentleman who helped us later was very friendly and helpful. I really like how open and spacious the room was. The heater worked great. The hot water was ample and it was very quiet on the first floor. The pool was nice but the breakfast needed additional items.

This property is filthy. They have mold everywhere in the bathroom. They deserve no stars. The manager is rude. I called the city on them. I'm sure they will fail an inspection. I told expedia this place should NOT be allowed to book rooms on their site.

Taking into consideration the price of the hotel being one of the cheaper places it was a good deal. Housekeeping however doesn’t do a good job. There was pubic hair on the floors of the bathroom and stuck to the walls in the shower. The coffee maker was never cleaned and had grinds still in it. We stayed 4 nights and the walls are very thin cause the kids next door to us were very loud screaming and crying.

Not good!
I have stayed in this hotel several times over the past 3 years, and I have slowly seen the deterioration over my past stays. My next visit to Edmond I will not be staying here. The bathroom was dirty, hair everywhere. The mattress was VERY uncomfortable, when I turned on the the air condition/heater it sounded like a freight train, very loud as long as it was on.

First off it was $90 including tax and fees. With that being said it wasn’t great. Little outdated. Apple core on the floor under the desk. Hair dryer was shot didn’t work. Some sketchy people walking the halls at 3 am. Breakfast area and options, let’s put it this way, I skipped out on the breakfast without any question. But other than that it worked just fine for us to sleep one night.

The room is good for rate but could be improved a lot with amenities. Phone didn't work. Had to go to front desk twice to ask for remote control for tv -took at least 20 minutes. Then no tv guide in room and could only get a few channels and could not get major channels such as CBS. Refrigerator not cold. Only one coffee cup for in room coffee maker. Did have nice large towels and comfortable enough bed.

I just needed a inexpensive place for one night for a tournament we were attending in the area. I knew the cost i was paying not expect fancy. But I worked in a hotel for almost 10 years so I do expect a certain level cleanliness. Now with that being said. The room wasnt filthy but i wouldnt call it clean. There was a stain on the top blanket that we werent sure what it was but its a stain and it happens. There was LOTS of Long black hair on every single linen/towel in the room. One of our beds had hair on the top cover. Very visible and easily could have been wiped or pulled off when making the bed. But its hair we pulled it off and threw it away. Again not a huge deal. The sink nor the tub drained. not something that house keeping would really notice and could get missed easily...not a big deal. Some brown sticky substance in the window sill that for my sanity i will say is coffee because i stuck my hand in it. Gross but again nOt a bIg dEaL. The pool..... so when we got in to the pool area there were no towels. Hotel didnt seem busy enough to be out of towels but idk what kind if day they had before we got there So i just kindly asked for a few. As i got in the water i noticed a THICK film of oil could have been a heavy lotion or body oil so i tried to ignore. Also notice i lack of chlorine smell. Also so loud w/ the echo i couldnt think. Fast forward to today. My daughter has pink eye and the dr said its from a pool with bacteria.Hotel said its fine now.....

The room was dirty. Dried food particle splash on the wall by the trash bin not cleaned. Smoke detector was covered in 7-11 plastic bag. Mirrors in the bathroom not even wiped clean. Door jams, you have to push hard to get inside. Dust on the TV and bathroom mirror. Never again for this place.

There was no Kleenex/tissues, there was dirt on the floors, dust on the nightstand and phone, the refrigerator freezer section was completely frozen and there was no working ice machine. When I went to the front desk, about the ice, I was told that they would get some and deliver it to my room. 45 minutes later, no ice!

This hotel was a bit run-down. The bathroom was clean, there were crumbs on the dresser; bedding was clean. The staff was very friendly and eager to help.

The price of the rooms are not worth the money. Rooms and hallways reaked of cigarettes.The vending machines took my money and kept the snack. Went to front desk to report issue, would not offer a refund. The breakfast offered was not veryed good. The options were very limited and it ended to early. This is a mediocre hotel and I dont think I will be using them again

We ended up not staying here and canceling our reservation. After checking in and going to our room, I checked the room for cleanliness. There were used tissues left in the bed, dead cockroaches on the floor, used toothflossers on the floor. The room had quite a bit of hair from pets and it just felt to me, not clean. The hotel is pretty old and definitely needed some updating. The lock on one of the outside doors looked like it had been broken into. I saw a few other indicators that this was not the place for me to stay. I did not have a good feeling about staying there. We loaded up our stuff and I spoke with the front desk staff and they were accomodating to us wanting to cancel.
