“Sheraton: NOT for fun people.”
A group of us (25 year olds) came down to celebrate some birthdays. We got in around 8:30-9pm on a Friday evening and within, probably 30 minutes of arriving, we had received two noise complaints. Although we were probably a little loud and excited, we couldn't believe we had already received complaints. Later, we were told we were next to flight attendants who needed to be up early, so we asked if we could switch rooms. The hotel staff was very understanding and incredibly accomodating - they were great. However, we went from two adjoining rooms with two fulls beds in each, to two adjoining rooms with only one king in each. Let's just say, it's a good thing we're all as close as we are. This is a very nice hotel, but I'd say if you're going to a hotel knowing you're going there for a good time... stay somewhere where people don't care if you get a little crazy at 9pm on a Friday. Put quite a damper on the weekend.

Great place to stay for any reason! Business travelers can expect to be pampered by convenience of equipment etc.

I always read reviews on tripadvisor before booking a hotel, if I had listened to some of the reivews on the Sheraton downtown we would have missed out on a great stay! The room was clean and comfortable! The staff was so pleasant and helpful! Awesome location! Great price thanks to Expedia! Walking distance to the Bricktown area and to the memorial.
“Bricktown hotel”
Nice clean hotel. The hotel was not to far from a good selection of restaurants. It was alittle further away from the concert I was attending, but still within reasonable walking distance. Hotel staff was friendly.
“Great customer servcie”
The hotel was initially hard to find but once located it is very easy to get in and out of, especially if you valet. The valet, Bell svc was very efficient, it will cost you daily, but I thought well worth it. The bed/bedding was fabulous, the room service delivers w/in 30 mins or it's free. I had a great view. Easy access to the freeways. The food could have been improved on (room service orders), it was the only weak area, not bad but just not great.
“OKC Bricktown Sheraton”
Superb Hotel. Right downtown in the middle of everything. 15-20 mins to airport by cab. Shuttle to resturants around the downtown area. Great drinks and appetizers in the bar. Great Single Malt Scotch selection.
“Customer Service”
We had to change rooms. The original room we were put in was right next to the elevators. We have a 2 yr old and the noise would have kept him up all night. I called the front desk and they moved us without any problems. The staff was very friendly.
“Was Impressed”
I had never travelled to Oklahoma City and I must say for a quick fly in and out I was impressed by the service at the hotel and restaurants. Maybe on my next business meeting I will take an extra day to take in a little more of the City.

Clean comfortable hotel across the street from convention center. Comfortable bed. Flat screen TV. Great exercise room. Business center. Restaurants and brewpubs nearby.

Nice view, clean room and nice comfortable bed. They also have really good food. Get the breakfast special with room. Good place to stay!!!
