“Outstanding Deal!”

Really did not expect much with a hotel at this low price...WOW were we wrong! The staff treat you like the most important people in the world and work hard to ensure that everything is perfect with your room. The room was by far the cleanest and quietest room we have ever stayed in. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels that could not compare to the quality of this one. Also the location is perfect for the people visiting areas such as Brick town, the Botanical Gardens and many other sites of interest.

This hotel was our first stop on a drive through the southwest. It was recently remodeled and was very clean and neat. Hotel staff was very courteous. Convenient to interstate.

Older hotel but has been renovated nicely. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very impressive had a wide variety & the staff kept it well stocked all morning. The hotel location was just 10 minutes from Bricktown & downtown attractions. The only issue we had was that our non-smoking room smelled of smoke in the bathroom(but only in the bathroom). Overall it's a nice hotel for the price.

The place was noisy late at night. Towels were cheap. Bathroom had seen better days and needs updating. It was freezing and extremely windy outside: we were put on the second floor, so in the morning we had to go outside, take a walkway to the stairs or creaky elevator, then walk quite a ways outside to the front lobby for the continental breakfast.

Well when i checked in I was told they could not honor my reservation bc the CC number did not match what was in the expedia. I explained Expedia already charged my account for this room. So someone needs to refund my money and I will find another hotel. Then she called her manager who confirmed my reservation was valid. I was given a room key. I ask where the room was located. Mind you this was 10pm at night. She told me around the back. I drove around where she directed me and could barely read the room numbers it was dark the walkway was dimly lit. I think I have found where my room will be so i park go upstairs to find room was not in the location. So i am walking around on the second floor trying to locate my room which in on the other side of hotel. Find my room next challenge find ice. Well the sign directs me to ice machine to find big open space and big cloth laundry basket, no ice machine. So i wonder around finally find ice machine. I come back in my room. Notice I have one bath towel , one washcloth, one bath mat(towel) no other towels. It is non smoking room but there are ash trays and matches in the room. There is sign next to both these that reads non smoking room. For female traveling alone at night did not feel safe walking around in dimly lit area trying to locate my hotel room.

Reserved a non-smoking king. Upon arrival was given a smoking, handicap king. Room reaked of cigarette smoke. When I went back to the front desk the lady at first said that it wasn't a smoking room, and then said that I reserved a smoking, handicap king room. I double-checked my Expedia reservation to confirm that I had reserved a Non-smoking king room & nor had I requested a handicap room. She was indignant but found us another room that she said was a non-smoking room. That room also smelled of smoke, but not nearly so bad, and for a non-smoking room, it came furnished with two ashtrays in it.
